I'm leaving 3 stars rather than 1 because I hope the other services are better than what I received. The staff was friendly. Pretty neat old house turned into a spa. However my massage therapist was less than professional. She was barefoot the entire time! So I had to stare at her nasty feet the entire time. Their tables are just folding tables that shook when I moved. I was afraid it was going to colapse. Plus it was hard very uncomfortable. The massage therapist sat most of the massage. So there was no preasure. She rubbed the same spot over and over and over again not moving her 1 hand anywhere else. Even after mentioning something she continued with the same poor service. My husband gives better massages as he's falling asleep. I get massage regularly this was by far the worse I have ever received. :( it was so bad I finally just asked her to stop. Hopefully their other service & massage therapist are better than the one I had. She gets a half star.

Last week, my friend had an appointment scheduled but suddenly had to put her dog unexpectedly. When she called to reschedule before her appointment, she was still charged a “cancellation fee”. Wanting her to get the massage anyway, I went in today at 4:30pm (they close at 5 on Saturday per their Google page) and was told I couldn't get a gift card because their “system was shut down for the night” little did they know I was intending on purchasing a $125 gift card. I told them I would go else where since they aren’t up for making money and serving guests DURING hours. Not how you do business!

The 5 star reviews are absolutely spot on! I just had my first 30-minute massage session with Deborah and it was truly wonderful. After a particularly stressful and wearisome season of my life, I left eDen feeling rested, refreshed, and encouraged. The spa and salon itself feels warm and welcoming the minute you walk in, and Deborah is one of the most caring people I’ve met. Will definitely book my next session soon! I am so thankful to have found eDen right on our front steps!

Strongly recommend. Great staff, very professional. I would have been a customer long before had I known of Eden spa before. I will definitely come back. I had a massage by Deborah H.

I was here a few months ago for a massage. The massage I received was good but the house smells kinda bad.. smells like musty towels.. which bothered me so bad I cannot go back.
