Good day my fine people. I hope everyone is doing well out there. My daughter and I recently visited this establishment and let me tell you it was stellar in EVERY sense of the word. Please allow me to take you on this journey with me. So my daughter asked me what I wanted this past holiday season and I told her time and an experience with her. Well let's just say "She UNDERSTOOD the assignment"! She presented me with a gift certificate to Kla Sanctuary and the date was already set. Thinking it would be great to go with her I told her I was gifting the same to her so we could spend some Mommy/Daughter time together. She agreed. YAY! We were running behind on the day of the spa experience. The West Bottoms has really changed for the better and there were events going on that day so the parking was challenging. I called in on the way and let them know we were running behind. Raneem answered my call and was very sweet and understanding. When we were finally able to get in the door she graciously moved our appointment so we could enjoy our full time in the spa experience, which was so greatly appreciated. I won't give all the details and spoil the surprise for you all but the beginning of the visit gets you prepared for an enchanting experience. The opening of the doors when you are taken back into the area to change and prepare to enter the spa is like walking into literal "Heaven On Earth". They offer a wonderful wellness drink that tastes amazing and is reasonably priced. There's also tea and water. Once you wrap your mind around and begin to breathe in this beautiful experience, an attendant comes to get you and again "heaven" opens up as you are led out into the spa area. It is a self guided journey that just takes you away and transports you into ultimate relaxation and self care. Again, I'm trying not to drop "spoilers" about the experience but this will be the best time you've spent for yourself in a VERY long time. TRUST!! Sage welcomed us in the first time and she had a wonderful demeanor and awesome sense of humor. On our second visit, Conner led us into our visit, he was new and refreshing. His demeanor was so very calm and caring. Both were experts at what they do. Each area of the spa experience allows you to create the best intentions for yourself, relax your mind and body, engage fully into tranquility and leaves you with a peace that will last for some time to come. No phones are allowed in there and I completely understand the reasoning behind that. All areas are co-ed areas and it is so respectfully and tastefully done. They offer all kinds of other self care services like massages, facials, etc. There is also a quant little café on the other side. Taking care of ones self can create the "munchies". Believe me they've thought of everything to make your visit the very best it can be. Gently and thoughtfully someone will come to you about 10-15 minutes before your visit ends and let you know your session is winding down. They don't want you to look at or even think about the clock while you're there. Time to take in your last breaths of calm before heading back into the world. You head back into the changing area where they have all kinds of amenities to help you prepare for your departure. The close is as calm and tender as the experience. I can't say enough about how beautiful this place is. It is very much so a sanctuary. If you're looking for a fantastic escape that encourages complete disconnection, embodies peace, provides beautiful adventure and a treat for the mind, body and soul - then do yourself the ultimate favor of giving this oasis a visit. You won't find a better experience. My daughter and I have committed to visit at least once EVERY 6-8 weeks. More if we can swing it in our schedules. It is worth every effort to make an appointment and it is worth every penny spent. Special thanks to: Raneem, Ashley, Savanna,Sage, Connor and last but definitely not least Gracie (my ear piercing twin). Make sure to tell everyone hello from us and by all means ENJOY! YW! ✌🏼

Our day at Klā Sanctuary left nothing more to be desired! From the beautiful atmosphere, kind staff, and incredible attention to detail, to the serene spa experience, we could not recommend it more. The Sanctuary is just stunning, but like any great experience, our phones were left at the door so that we could be fully present and relaxed, which means no photos of inside, which really added to the entire experience. The beautiful arches that separated each area, and tile features were just perfect, and the soft music and sound of water created the most relaxing atmosphere. The mineral float bath was fantastic! We felt at ease and it truly brought so much joy, though each of the areas brought a deep relaxation and were all such lovely experiences. My husband loved the steam room and cooling down with the shower feature, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the infrared sauna. I also loved ending our time with their beautiful showers which had my favorite products, just an added bonus. A fantastic experience, highly recommend.

Klā Sanctuary is one of those rare spaces where you can feel the intention the moment you walk in. From the calming energy to the thoughtful details throughout the sanctuary, everything is designed to help your nervous system soften and settle. As a therapist, I’m always attuned to environments that genuinely support regulation, grounding, and restoration and Klā does this beautifully. The space feels safe, welcoming, and deeply respectful of the mind-body connection. You’re not rushed. You’re not overstimulated. You’re invited to slow down and reconnect with yourself. What truly stands out is the care behind the experience. The team is warm, present, and clearly invested in creating an environment rooted in intention and care. You can tell this isn’t just a service it’s a sanctuary created with heart. Klā Sanctuary is a beautiful offering to the community and a space that honors rest, presence, and intentional wellness.

What a wonderful experience at the Klā Sanctuary! I could smell the soothing spa aromas as I walked up the ramp towards the front door. I arrived at 8:30 to check in and spent over an hour relaxing in the hot pool, warm pool, mineral bath, and cold plunge. I also used the steam and dry saunas. My 90 minute massage with Kayla with craniosacral enhancement was absolutely incredible. I used the showers and loved all of the spa products in the lounge. I found out afterwards that you can also buy a sanctuary pass to use all the facilities without having a service as well. I popped over next door to Selah for a pour over coffee from Messenger Coffee before heading home. I received this experience as a gift, but I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

What a lovely experience Kla was! The staff was super welcoming and the environment was very serene. Every corner was thoughtful and had beautiful finishes. Very nice amenities-comfy robes, spa shoes, toiletries. Lots of water and tea available to keep you hydrated throughout your visit. My favorite space was the mineral pool, but also loved the herbal steam room. The river stones near the mineral pool are a nice touch. My massage with Justin was perfect. Great pressure, nothing was rushed and he was very professional. He asked questions and let me set the tone for my treatment. Highly recommend a visit, I will be going again soon!
