This was truly the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. My masseuse was clearly sick—she kept reaching for tissues to wipe her nose, was breathing through her mouth, and repeatedly made throat-clearing noises. I was in a couples massage and didn’t want to disturb the other person, so I politely asked her to just focus on my feet. When the session ended, Mary (who identified herself as the manager) asked how it went. I asked if my masseuse was sick, and she admitted she had “a little cold.” I explained what happened and that the masseuse kept wiping her nose without sanitizing her hands. Mary just stared at me, almost as if it didn’t matter, and then said, “It’s not like she has a fever.” I asked if this was standard practice, and Mary told me the masseuse had been out all last week and was fully booked this week, implying that even though she was sick, she still needed to work. This was extremely concerning from both a health and an employee-care standpoint. Mary then said she could discount my massage from $140 to $59—even though I had originally been told the first-time customer price was $85. The entire situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. I later called back to reiterate how unacceptable and unsanitary the experience was. Mary then offered a full refund, which I did go back and receive, but the overall situation was absolutely not okay. Local people, please be cautious about this place. The experience was terrible from start to finish, and I genuinely do not believe the employees are being treated fairly or that proper health and hygiene standards are being followed.

I had my first massage with Michael and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. He made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to ask about any areas of tension or concern before we started. His technique was both relaxing and effective — he really knows how to work out problem areas without it feeling overwhelming. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and with noticeably less tension in my shoulders and back. If you’re considering booking with Michael, especially for your first massage, I highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be scheduling again!

Loved my massage with Clarence he was so kind and professional truly felt amazing after and can’t wait to return again sometime soon! Also such a clean welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in to when I left all staff was so nice and thoughtful throughout my entire experience!
