I had such an amazing experience at this float spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The staff took the time to explain everything and made sure my husband and I felt comfortable before starting our whole experience. My husband and I were able to sit, relax and chat in the salt room. We have 2 young kids at home and never get to just sit and chat with each other anymore. Not only is the salt room good for you, it's good for a marriage too. 🙃 Then we did the red light therapy on the grounding mats and my husband was so relaxed he started snoring! I felt refreshed and relaxed after this as well. The float itself was so relaxing. The water was perfectly warm, the room was peaceful, and it felt like all the stress in my body just melted away. Again with having 2 young children at home I have a lot of tension and stress in my shoulders and neck and it literally melted away. My husband has tinnitus and after about 10 mins in the float it was gone. It’s rare to find an experience that truly lets your mind slow down, but this did exactly that. I left feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and surprisingly energized. (I didn't even need my afternoon caffeine pick me up!) The entire space is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed to help you unwind. If you're looking for a way to relax, reset, or just take some time for yourself, I highly recommend trying a float here. I can’t wait to come back!
This place slapped my soul awake. I do hard physical labor all day and have tried massages, tricks, and a hundred hacks to hold on to myself—nothing landed like Serenity Now Float Spa in O’Fallon. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like a human who mattered, not just a customer. The floats melted the tension out of my bones, the other services surprised me with how deeply they eased the pain, there have been a few time I was so relaxed,, wasn’t sure how I was going to leave and the whole team moves with a calm that actually rewires your day. I’m also taking the QuittingTobacco class with Nancy, Nancy has been a strong leader and a massive supporter in my quit journey. Between that class, her guidance, and the work I’m doing here, I finally think I can do this. Of all the people in all the world who could have helped me, Nancy and this absolutely amazing wonderful staff are the ones who showed up, and that means more than I can fit in a single review. I can only leave one review and it feels criminal there aren’t ten more for every person who helped me. If you’re beat up, burned out, or just need to find your center again, go here. This place is a blessing. I promise you, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
Serenity Now Float Spa in O’Fallon, Missouri is an establishment I thought I would never be frequenting, fellas if you know what I mean. But I have to tell you, Sarah, the owner, is an absolute angel for bringing this to us. The second I walked in, I knew this was going to be something different. The staff is overwhelmingly nice and compassionate. I started with the 60‑minute float on Nancy’s amazing advice, and since then I’ve done the mat and the sauna. It truly has become a place where I feel like I can actually reset. I am consistently blown away by all the amenities and options. I recently found out Nancy holds classes, and I’m definitely going to be looking into the quitting‑smoking class. Nancy’s advice has been spot on since meeting one. For a guy who says he doesn’t frequent places like this, I am now a member. I highly suggest you go try it, find what works for you, and get the membership. I also may or may not have taken one of their awesome blue cups home. Serenity Now Float Spa had seriously helped me center myself and reminded me to take time for myself
Hands down best place to go when you are wanting to get grounded with yourself. Liz upfront was so great at helping me get settled and welcome! The Environment is clean, prepared efficiently for each client. peaceful inviting, friendly. The vibes were Immaculate. from arriving to leaving. Towels and robe were very comfortable. First experience floating I have to say. 8/10 I felt a lil uncomfortable at first I wasn’t sure what to expect or how to settle. But shortly after getting in I was eventually able to let my body relax and float. Turned Lights out. No noise. Floated then got in my thoughts. I felt safe. And just let my body float. Then mind went blank. Definitely will be back & I think second time will be better going in & knowing what to expect. A mirror in the room would have been a lil nice. Being a girl. Maybe On the wall? not in the tub. But for after showering! Would be nice (: Rachel did my massage! She Was great.
I have been to Serenity Now a few times to float, they are always welcoming and kind! Today I went to try the salt room and I felt like my breathing was improved just being in their for 25 mins. I like many have been sick twice in two months and couldn't believe how good it felt to breath deeply without a stray cough! I also had a massage today at it was the BEST, MOST RELAXING MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! From the room, to the lighting, the temp, music but most of all Rachel was AMAZING! She was kind and explained things differently then I have ever experienced. She also uses energy to help others and I could feel that, was the most relaxed I had ever been. Going to Serenity Now is good for the soul, body and spirit! I will be a regular and will make sure my friends and colleagues know where to go to take care of themselves! Thank you to all the amazing women at Serenity!
