First time in she pin pointed some issues from the reflexology...I told her nothing initially. The next morning I had the best poo (sorry about that). If you've ever dealt with constipation then you know how amazing it is to have help. I've been back several times now and I never fail to have help in that area. The salt room has helped my mom breathe better, my husband has better sleep and it has helped me. She also addressed a shoulder issue I've had for a while and in less than 5 minutes it was better. It lasted over a week and when I came back she took an extra 5 minutes, on her own time, to help. She's amazing. Update: just had facial reflexology with red light therapy. Look at the difference! My lymph nodes drained, my muscles tightened and face and head detoxed. The pic on the right is after.

Wonderful experience! The owners are lovely. There are two salt rooms with comfortable beds, 1 room with two beds for couples and another room with 3 beds. The owner explained how she fixed her sleep apnea over 6 months with using the salt room, and I believe it. Going in with a bit of lasting bronchitis it really helped my cough. I also did the individual sauna. I love that it's individual. It's so relaxing. Great pricing too. Sunrise has so many more services to offer that I didn't even know, I've already made my next apt to check out more.

I came here a few weeks ago with some of my family in celebration of my aunt’s birthday. It was a wonderfully relaxing and very enjoyable experience! Cindy and her family were very accommodating and easy to talk to and laugh with. The foot massages were thorough and it was exciting to be the first customers to experience their halo therapy. Cindy and her husband showed great knowledge in the services they were providing and made sure we were all comfortable throughout our visit. We will definitely be returning!!

Cindy was awesome. We did foot massage and the salt room. As a person on my feet for over 12 hours a day, my feet have never felt so good. Not only was it awesome, but she filled me with knowledge. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone. Can't wait to try the float and sauna. Very relaxing environment.

Amazing services! I have had multiple chiropractors work on my neck for over a year. I experienced constant neck pain daily; after 4 sessions of reflexology here I haven’t had one day of neck pain.
