The Comfort Center

In 2003 my husband Paul and I had the Comfort Center install our in-ground pool. It was amazing as we got to watch every detail of what they were doing as they dug the hole, hoisted the fiberglass pool over the back fence to put it into the hole they dug, then poured the concrete, and did finishing work. It was absolutely amazing! From the beginning all the way through the filling of the pool and getting the chemicals, all balanced they were amazing. Then somehow through the next few years we got away from using the Comfort Center and we could’ve kicked ourselves. Other businesses were not as accommodating or as proficient at the pool business as they had been. And when we did go back, they welcomed us and we picked right up where we left off. They recently helped us close our pool. And the technician that came fixed a problem with our pool cover in a short time (they didn’t put it in… but They easily fixed it for us…& we are forever grateful!) We learned that the Comfort Center is the best at what they do. Their technicians, their office staff, their management, and everyone at Comfort Center is top notch, and the quality of their work is surpassed by none. They are friendly, kind, helpful, and listen to you. Thank you for all you’ve done for us. We are believers!!

We’ve had our pool for 25 years. Comfort center built it and continues to keep it up and going. We live in a rural area about an hour from the comfort center. They are quick to give me help and come on site if they can’t talk me through a problem over the phone. When I’m overwhelmed, or out of town, Kristy does a great job with cleaning the pool and getting my water chemistry right. She gives great advice, and does an excellent job of explaining what she did, and what I should do to keep it maintained. Thankful for all the support and advice from the comfort center to make a safe and fun place for all my grandchildren!

Our pool was damaged this winter by a vehicle pushing snow. I called the comfort center and they came out within a few days and gave us an estimate on the repair. The new cover has already been installed and we're now waiting on the fiberglass repair company to come out. The Comfort Center responded with personalized concern for our issues and took quick action. Their customer service is great and much improved over 4 or 5 years ago. I highly recommend them for any of your pool needs. Our beautiful pool is now complete thanks to the quick work of the Comfort Center staff!

Well… we tried. Called for some expert advice on whether or not our fireplace could convert from gas to wood. They said no problem. After they rescheduled our first appointment the tech came, didn’t know anything about our request, cleaned our glass, banged on our gas pipe with some vice grips, in and out in 12 min. Assumed we wouldn’t be billed $132 due to the miscommunication between the office and the tech… we were wrong and told we had to pay. So… here we are. Never thought I’d be a Karen but 😁
