I really enjoyed my experience using the cold plunge and sauna rooms- they were so relaxing, relieving, and clean. My only issue is with the girl who sold me my membership. I bought the 8 sessions a month as I was told that the cold plunge and sauna together counted as 2 sessions (strange because they are in the same room, but ok?). I was planning on only going once a week as I have a very busy work schedule on top of doing the Hard 75 challenge. I later find out a few visits later from another sales associate that the sauna and cold plunge counted as one session, if I knew that I would have never spent $159 on a membership that I knew I wouldn’t use in its entirety. Two weeks later I see someone named, Patty, add 4 sessions to my account, I thought that was too good to be true. So I get on the website and see they changed their membership packages to 12 sessions for $159. I was frustrated because I essentially was given only two weeks to use those 4 added sessions as well as my original remaining sessions. I felt like I had wasted my money and the situation left me frustrated ultimately leading me to cancel my membership. Overall, the space was always clean and the sales associates were always friendly. Just be cautious of what you are paying for and make sure the sales associates know what they are selling you. Update 9/12: the owner kindly reached out and allowed me proper time to take advantage of my extra sessions. I understand her perspective of working out bumps in the road as a new business owner. I appreciated the prompt and professional response. I am changing my review to 5/5. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love this place! From the moment I walked in, I could tell how clean and well-maintained everything was — it feels like a little wellness sanctuary. The private rooms for the red light therapy, infrared sauna, and cold plunge are spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully designed so you can fully relax and focus on yourself. The staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each treatment and make sure you’re comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about your experience and overall wellbeing. After just a few sessions, I noticed such a difference — not only physically, but mentally. It’s become my go-to escape to reset, recharge, and feel grounded again. Highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in their health and peace of mind!

If you’re looking for the ultimate reset button for your body and mind, look no further than Tru Elements! The sauna is like a warm hug for your soul, the cold plunge is an instant wake-up call (in the best way possible), and the red light therapy makes me feel like I’m secretly becoming a superhero. The vibe here is amazing, clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and somehow manages to convince you that willingly dunking yourself into freezing water is a good idea (spoiler: it totally is). I walk out every time feeling like a new person—more energized, less stressed, and ready to conquer the world… or at least my to-do list. Highly recommend if you like feeling awesome!

I cannot say enough good things about Tru Elements! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, greeting you with a smile every time you walk in and making you feel like a valued guest. I’ve struggled with lower back pain for a while, and it’s crazy—within just 24 hours of a session in the red light therapy bed, I felt so much better! The infrared sauna and cold plunge feel amazing, and alternating between them is exactly what my body needs after a workout or long day. The environment is very calming and makes it easy to relax no matter what time of day you visit. I always look forward to my sessions at Tru Elements and leave feeling refreshed—I can’t recommend them enough!

The sauna cold plunge is a one of a kind experience! I’ve used a traditional sauna for several years but the infrared sauna is so different in a good way. The cold plunge is different but once you’re in and get out you feel amazing! I leave feeling energized and so much relief. It also helps me with any stress. I leave feeling calm and in such a good mood. I love the cold towel you pick out at beginning of your session. It’s always clean when I go in and the staff is always super helpful! They also sell Rowe Casa products which is nice to stock up on or try out. My husband and I love coming here and doing this as a date together
