Watson's of St. Louis | Hot Tubs, Furniture, Pools and Billiards

Disappointed! Writing this after a recent "service" was done on our Bullfrog Hot Tub. For starters it took 3 attempts at getting service scheduled and performed. -The first appointment no one showed up for and when called they told us they never actually put it on the books -The second they called and cancelled 10 minutes before the end of the service window because "an employee was out sick for weeks and they were only now able to let us know they couldn't make it." -The third appointment finally had someone show up and do the repair only when I got home to check on the repair i found packing/foam all around the ground surrounding the tub, on the tub surface and in the water of the hot tub. I also found that in the process of replacing the one of the lights they chipped some of the surface of the hot tubs acrylic shell. NEAT! Lastly as I have seen others repeat in their own reviews I too have had issues when it comes to getting ahold of management. They either are never there or simply don't care enough to have a team in place to help with customer issues. And when I did get ahold of a "manager" I was immediately told they couldn't help me before hearing me out because the "other manager" wasn't there. At this point I wish I could return the hot tub and take that money somewhere else that wants to treat me or anyone else for that matter like actual human beings and not just another sale!

Sold us a spa 17 years ago. Zero issues. Went in talked with service department about coming out to look at it because it won't heat up. First appointment was three weeks out. Went back home emailed all model numbers and error codes so parts could be ordered. Week of appointment called days before to verify all was good. Talked to a few different people. In the end was told we don't service those anymore. No parts were ordered and no communication given. Very disappointed in service departments communication and follow thru and wasted three weeks. Planned on adding Sunna to hot tub room and found model we liked there think we will pass on that purchase from them now.

Robin was fantastic to work with. Got an awesome hot tub at a great price. Shopped all around and Watson had the best deals! Edit: removed two stars due to Watson delivery team. Make sure you are there watching. Unprofessional! Arguing with each other on how to properly install is not a good thing. Hardware was installed carelessly. Not level or lined up. I asked several times to make sure he’s measuring to make sure the lid clips were straight…of course he didn’t. Was really regretting the purchase during the delivery process. Watson is ordering new panels and I will be reinstalling the hardware myself.

Watsons, has made the experience of purchasing my first hot tub a seamless one. Thanks to their knowledgeable and courteous staff. The spa school that they offer gets you up to speed on not just the “how”, but also the “why,” behind operating and maintaining your hot tub. This allows the customer to focus more on the fun and enjoyment of the hot tub, without the all of stress. Thanks you for all of your help, Watsons!! Keep up the great work! Very nice store with alot of neat stuff. Called the store to talk to a salesman and was connected to Colin who answered all my questions, texted me pictures of pool tables. Got me all the information I needed before I made the long trip there and when I finally made it there he patiently waited until we decided which pool table to purchase. Definitely will come back to purchase a few more things.
