Mountain Hot Tub

I’m a fresh new hot tub owner but so far I’ve had a great experience with Mountain Hot Tub. We’ve primarily worked with Red, but Charlie has assisted us as well. The buying process was simple, there were ample options within our budget and it never felt like a high pressure sales situation which I greatly appreciated. They delivered and set up the tub for us which took just over an hour. The worst part was waiting for the water to heat up so we could use it. The great customer service continued even after the purchase was made. Full disclosure, we did encounter a mechanical error on our first day but their technician team was back at the house and had it fixed within a couple hours of us calling them, which was much appreciated. Another thing I really enjoy is that they test your water and provide you with an easy to follow schedule of what treatments are needed and when. Overall, they’ve just made this entire process as simple as possible. A friend recommended Mountain Hot Tub to me, and I’ve already recommended this business to others.

I’ve been doing business with mtn hot tub in Butte for over 25 years. I have owned only 2 tubs in that time period, simply due to the fact that these tubs last. My review mainly is towards the staff at Butte, starting years back when Steve was operating the shop and now his son Jake and his wife run the shop. If I ever never assistance with any tub matter it has always been taken care of in the most time fashion. This family here knows how to run a business, whether dealing with the physical part of a tub or dealing with the customers themselves. I always look forward to going into the business in Butte, you are treated right. Cannot say enough about including the legacy and present, they are good people. Thank you. Also hands down mtn hot tubs are the best on the market, I’ve had 2 friends in town buy different, less expensive makes and within 1 year on both, we delivered those to the landfill and they both purchased mtn hot tubs.

We ordered a HotSpring Prism from this store for our place at Georgetown. Backstory we really wanted to order from our dealer in Billings but with their territories our Billings dealer sent us here. There were a couple hiccups along the way but Mountain HotSprings team stepped up at every turn. The first night the tub had problems and error codes came up, heater not heating, etc. Long story short, Sharley had Nathan back out the next morning and got it fixed. It doesn’t get better than that for service.

From my purchase of hot tub from Montana hot tubs in Butte to any help I have needed the customer service is amazing. I can call and Charli remembers me and what products I use every time. I purchased a new cover after dog chewed up and Buddy came and installed and didn't leave until he was sure I could lift with one hand and was completely satisfied. I have always had great service however Buddy and Charli ensure I will always purchase from them and recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Great experience! Purchased our Flair Hot Tub from Courtney. Communication about the value, styles, capacities, and maintenance was very forthright and informative. The hot tub took about 10 weeks to be built and delivered. The delivery team of Jack, Tyler, Tom, and Nathan were awesome. They were on time, very professional, set up the tub, and taught me everything I need to know. The entire team at Mountain Hot Tub is fantastic. I highly recommend you purchase from them.
