I went with a large group of about 30 ppl many of us are black and brown folks. The guy working the front desk was completely inhospitable and rude and treated us differently than other guests. His attitude was horrible and fueled by racism. Be aware!
What a gem! This place was so clean and nice. They have 3 pools. A cold pool, a very hot pool, and a large medium pool. You can see wildlife on the mountain next to it and towels are available on site for rent. We are so excited we found it!
Arrived at Mammoth Campground after a 19 hour drive, pitched my tent, ate, then made a beeline to Yellowstone Hot Springs. I feel like a new man. The water was hot. The scenery was spectacular. I had a great conversation about Kentucky …
COVERT RACISM An arrogant and insecure man happily took our money. Then made micro-aggressive comments about our group. Steer clear of this place unless racism sounds like a fun time to you.
Beautiful, pristine, well-cared for. Such a lovely experience! We really enjoyed the different pools. The locals are friendly and this is obviously a special place. We will be back!

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
