AWANA SPA AND WELLNESS

’ve been to a lot of spas before. This was by far the most expensive one I’ve ever been to. I paid $282 for my massage with tip. It was ok . For the price I paid. I expected a lot of things that go with Service. For example, there were no towels anywhere to be found throughout the whole time I was there. I had to ask an attendant, which was really hard to find. Once I found out where she was getting them from I just went and got them myself, but other people were asking me where to get them. I hardly saw any attendants walking around. When I went into the bathroom, there was no toilet paper in the stall I went into When I went in to take my shower, I got in and turned on the water and got wet and the shampoo was out. So I checked several other showers and they were missing products too. It’s because there’s not very many attendants walking around checking these things. For the amount of money you pay for the services here, they should have enough hired help around. Oh, and also, I had to tell somebody that they were out of the water. I would never come back here again for this price. I’ve been to Burke Williams many times and the service is way better there. They didn’t even ask me when I checked out how everything was like Burke Williams always does. I was hoping they would so I could tell them what my review was going to be. I guess they’ll have to read about it.
AWANA is well worth your time and your money, the amenities alone are reason enough to come here! Even though our 60 minute World of Wellness Massage was on the pricier side, we left knowing it was justified! The Coed spaces here are absolutely phenomenal, there’s an experiential sauna, heated crystal room, climate showers and 4 pools varying from a cold plunge to a jacuzzi spa! The gender specific sides of the spa are also incredible, each with their own jacuzzi spa, climate showers, and steam rooms! The staff was also incredibly helpful here, and my massage therapist was terrific, she had tons of experience from working at other spas on The Strip! The bar has been set very high by AWANA, and we highly recommend visiting here! *NOTE: all photos were taken at closing time*
Our second experience and both were great. The facility is beautiful, with a variety of experiences. Don't miss the laconium! We felt like we had all day and were never rushed. Sergio was an amazing spa host! He seemed to be everywhere all the time and his energy was so positive, kind, and calming. My massage with Christina was perhaps the best massage I have ever had. Her energy was great, nurturing yet strong, and her technique and pressure was perfect. After my massage, Sergio pointed out that there was an aromatherapy demonstration in the sauna. It was a perfect end to a great day. Here it is a day later and I still feel light as a feather. I highly recommend this experience.
Went here for my sister and I birthday! The place is beautiful, pleasant, peaceful and serene!! Loved my experience here! I had the best massage I’ve ever had and the amenities were a wonderful bonus. Saunas, pools, snacks, plenty of comfy seats and my favorite was this sort of recliner room filled will recliners and big screen tvs!!! I was sooo comfortable in there, I almost fell asleep a couple of times. And those robes are extremely comfy and cozy and I forgot to ask how much it would cost to keep it cause it was really that cozy! The staff was great and very accommodating! We all had such a wonderful time we did not want to leave! I will definitely be back!
Very nice experience, absolute must. Kathryn my massage therapist gave 100% the best massage I’ve ever had. I paid $205 for the massage and that comes with full spa access for the day. The spa access gives you all the amenities: Hot jet whirlpool Jacuzzi, Cold plunge, Waterfall experiences Arctic and tropical, salt/mineral room, Steam room, Infrared sauna, heated lounge chairs, And much much more. I Highly recommend going to this luxury spa experience and if you’re considering getting a massage ask for Kathryn, she was an absolute pro and helped my muscles and body recover. Thanks again Kathryn :) stay positive and live your best life.
