Considerate, honest, and helpful. Came in for a hot tub part, the owner was reluctant to sell us the part before he looked at the part we were replacing first, because the part was non-refundable and he didn't want us to waste our money getting another one had it been the wrong one. We came back 10 minutes later with the original part, and the part he was reluctant to sell at first was indeed the wrong part! He educated us on proper installation and gave us helpful tips. What made the experience even more enjoyable was Bear, the big silly dog! So cute 🥰 Definitely going here from now on rather than ordering online.

Unprofessional and horrible customer service skills from the local store owners! Their employee Victoria was very helpful and answered all of our questions however, once the store owners showed up they were very rude and not professional towards me and my husband. They dismissed what was important to us when it came to purchasing a hot tub and they refused to work with us to order the exact hot tub and features we requested. Definitely will not be returning to this store and do not recommend their services. We ended to purchasing our hot tub in Salt Lake and got the newer model for less.

Zero communication, zero accountability and they don’t even deserve one star. Don’t shop here unless you want to make a return and then not get your money back and gave to file a fraud claim at your bank. Small business in this town are trash.
