Screaming children in all the hot tubs and pools, multiple hair dryers plus running children can be heard from the sauna which is mildly hot. The pools themselves were murky and not very hot. Was included with our stay but definitely not a spa or getaway by any means. Great day care option

We were staying in a hotel so we didn't have any issues entering the hot springs. As it was a weekend, there were too many people though it was enough room for everyone in the tub. The water in the tubs isn't clean but I guess it supposed …

It's a great location kinda ruined by current management. $55 for a day pass is insane and they don't even provide towels. Luckily the pools are nice and the views are fantastic with a nice locker room.
