The Gateway Spa

I give it 1 star for customer service and 5 for the service rendered. I text (per owners request) numerous times, called, and even had a friend who was going pass along a message over 2 months to make another appointment and never got any response. I paid what was owed, tipped 25%, I was pleasant and appreciative. There was no reason for me to not get a response. I am very disappointed.

Purchased a gift certificate for my daughter to have a hot stone facial by Melissa. My daughter was extremely relaxed and so happy with her experience, she raved about it for days, lol... Thanks Melissa, we will definitely be booking again!

Great location and excellent customer service. This is our second time being here and we will be back again. Location also has a great bar, library, lodging and a Commin Man restaurant as well. I highly recommend this place.

Melissa was amazing, she customised my facial to suit my skincare meeds.... And overall is just a wonderful human being. Made my face and me very happy will be back soon!
