Crystal Sauna&Spa
This might be the first time I’ve ever left a review, but I know how valuable they are for businesses (especially small ones) and prospective guests. I’m still floating from the incredible body scrub I had this evening! While I often exfoliate with hand scrubs at home, my skin has never felt or looked as amazing as it does now. Initially, I only planned to use the sauna and steam room, but I decided to try the affordable body scrub for the first time—and I’m so glad I did. I believe my body therapist’s name was DeeDee (or simply Dee). She was thorough yet calming, creating such a relaxing experience. I was fortunate to have the space to myself, which made it even more enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to returning to try a wet massage and making this a more consistent treat for myself. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service I received at this hidden gem of a place!
My mom went here today and there was no more hot water. She had a body wet massage with no hot towel massage and ended up washing her hair and body in cold water. While my mom was leaving to the changing lockers, a maintenance MAN walked through the WOMAN’s area to fix the boiler. The only person who apologized was the lady who gave my mom a massage. My mom was visibly upset, and none of the staff admitted fault and apologized for letting a man walk through a women’s changing room. She was so shocked and it ruined her mood and day that she was looking forward to all week.
This place is very affordable. But don't expect much in the way of luxuries. There is no kitchen, so no food. There are only two different saunas in the facility, but in the gendered bath area only a steam room showers (both standing and sitting) and one tub to soak in. They keep the facilities clean, and it tends to not get very crowded, so that's a bonus. The body scrub is very good, and the massage was as well. If you need to get away and relax for a few hours, this is an affordable way to do that.
I did the body scrub and 1 hour body massage here and it was amazing! The admission is only $15 and you can do sauna after which was really nice! Ive had years of body massage but people work here are very therapeutic and the price is good. I was worried about the covid 19 but my friend who is a doctor told me that virus cannot survive at above 60 degrees C. You can see the temperature outside they are super hot! The place is very clean and not over crowed. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
Website states $15 entrance fee but charged $30 plus (10%) credit card usage fee which is illegal. Walked into locker room and walked straight out because of the rotting mildew stench and asked for a refund. The lady working the counter didn’t know how to refund/reverse the credit card so tried to give me back $30 and not the $33 she originally charged. Incredible how these people are still in business.

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
