Booked a deep tissue massage that includes access to the other spa amenities such as the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Please note that I was using the men’s side for the amenities. The good: -My massage therapist did an excellent job. One of the better massages I’ve had. -Massage table was among the nicer ones I’ve seen. Very comfortable, especially around the head area. The table is adjustable and not fixed in a flat position for certain parts of the massage such as when you are on your back. This helps to make it a bit more comfortable. -Steam room was clean & HOT. I do wish you could adjust how hot or steamy it got, but not the biggest deal. -Plenty of water bottles and tea for you to enjoy. -Locker rooms are clean and the attendants are very nice/helpful. The not so good: -The jacuzzi could certainly be cleaner and in better condition. None of the top jets appeared to be working, pieces of the jets were on the top edge, the jacuzzi skimmer is missing the flap, and all the tile on the inside edge could use a good scrub. -Jacuzzi was more lukewarm instead of hot. -Sauna didn’t have bucket of water to put on the heater to create steam/make it hotter. -The sauna was hot, but it really wasn’t as hot as it should have been. -Himalayan salt room seems a bit gimmicky. The temperature was on the cooler side in that room which can be a bit uncomfortable when you are wet from the pools. -The pools in the co-ed area could also be a bit cleaner around the edge such as the tiles. Overall, I think Exhale Spa is okay. For as much as it costs to get a massage, I expect a little more from the amenities side. Management should do better with periodic quality checks so that they can make sure their team focuses on these things. One last note is to take 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. When you go to pay at the end, they tell you if you leave a 5 star review that you will get $20 off your service. Of course, this puts people on the spot and thus, you don’t get the most truthful reviews.

I had a couples massage at Exhale Spa last night at 6pm. The massage therapists were amazing and did a great job, and right after we were told we could enjoy two hours in the pool, jacuzzi, and salt cave afterward. However, after only about an hour, we were told they were closing soon and that we needed to leave. We immediately respected the workers orders and grabbed our belongings to leave. My boyfriend was able to shower in the locker room before we left, but I was told I couldn’t use the women’s locker room shower because it was getting too close to closing. We wish we had been told in advance that we’d only have an hour to use the amenities, especially after being told we’d have two hours and paying a significant amount. It felt rushed and disappointing. Additionally, our card was charged despite informing staff (both when booking and upon arrival) that we would be using our Exhale spa gift cards as payment. That issue was resolved pretty quick but made us feel uneasy. While the massage itself was wonderful and the pool was very relaxing for the time we had it, the overall experience left us unsure about returning.

I absolutely love Exhale Spa at Ocean Casino AC!! I went last year and had an amazing deep tissue massage with Jackie, she was fantastic and really knew how to work out tension. A few days ago, I tried the Flow Massage with Riley, and it’s officially my new favorite massage. She explained it as medium pressure with assisted stretching, and it was exactly what I needed. She focused on the areas I requested, especially my neck and back, and I walked out feeling incredible. The spa amenities are also top-notch. Sauna, steam room, salt room, pools, and hot tubs all make the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. I also loved the small touches like free water bottles, tea, and pretzels. Overall, the value for the price is excellent. I highly recommend this spa and can’t wait to go back!

Did a overnight with my husband and daughter. They did the pool and I decide to do a full body scrub. I walked in and they immediately set me up with my locker and I changed into my robe. I got a tour and waited in the women’s only lounge. I opted for that one because the coed was full. Cece came and got me. She took me back to the room. She was very friendly and walked me through the process. I got undressed and she worked her magic. I’ve gotten full body scrubs before. She scrubbed me well but also had a gentleness to her. After the scrub, she ran a shower for me. After the shower I was oiled down. You also get a mini massage as well. All in all very happy with everything. Looking forward to the next time with Cece.

My husband and I went for his birthday. We bought the day pass which is $120 per person. The staff wasn’t super friendly, they took us to locker room but didn’t show us around. The person checking us in should have mentioned the hot tub was out of order because that was the whole reason we came so that was super disappointing. We only ended up staying for a little over an hour since the hot tub was closed. I wanted to speak to someone on our way out about our experience but no one was available. It’s worth noting that the spa area was a little run down. There were used towels and some pieces of trash lying around. It definitely wasn’t worth the money for the day pass.
