I called to make an appointment to redeem a Groupon for a 1hr deep tissue massage for $44/person. Lady on phone seemed nice and asked that we pay them directly, and that because taxes would be added, she'd need to raise the price to $45/person. I didn't buy the groupons yet so I told her that wasn't a problem. We both enjoyed our massages, but it wasn't a full hour long, and on top of that, the cashier demanded more of a tip, then complained to the masseuse IN FRONT OF US that we weren't tipping more.Very rude-- won't be going back. Shame, cus it was a decent massage. If they expect a certain amount in tips, they should make that clear ahead of time, or raise the price. Don't guilt customers into paying more.

Excellent experience. Great massage. On time and waiting for me for my appt. Extremely affordable. This is a small no frills shop so if you are looking for all the bells and whistles (wine, sauna, locker rooms etc etc) and not just a wonderful massage then this place may not be for you. For me, this is exactly what I hoped it would be and reminds me of some of my favorite massage parlors in NYC. Well trained and kind massage therapists at a price that is affordable so I can go as often as I would like to treat myself. Looking forward to returning soon.

I wish I read the 1-star reviews for this place before buying my Groupon voucher. They are mostly from people who tried to use a Groupon. Now I have to join that group - made an appointment, they confirmed it in the morning, I showed up on time, waited for 40 minutes - nobody was there to talk to. After I called the number on the voucher - the lady suggested I refunded my Groupon. Why would you sell Groupon vouchers if you disrespect the customers who bought them?

Avoid this place unless you want to be haggled to give a 34% tip on a $60 massage. You can give a tip of 25% and they will argue with you to get 34% plus out of you. There are many other massage places out there that do not do this. Also they do not speak enough English to understand how you want your massage. Only money grabbers. Place deserves zero stars.

I think the deep tissue massages here are better than physical therapy. I've been going periodically. It's a no frills place, but they are clean and respectful. It's a business, and sometimes they are quite busy. I'll say keep your appointments and pay your masseuse a nice tip. It's cheaper than physical therapy! That's my experience.
