It upsets me to write this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I recently moved to the area and was a member at a spa for over five years in my previous location, where I received monthly services. I was excited to find a new local spot and received a promotion in the mail for a 60-minute massage for new residents. When I called to book, I was assured that parking would be available. I arrived 10 minutes early, but there were no open spots. I called the front desk and was told to wait a few minutes as cars would be leaving. After waiting 15 minutes—now five minutes into my appointment—there were still no spots, so I parked in a nearby business lot and rushed inside. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing. The therapist did not introduce herself, never checked in about pressure or any areas of focus, and her hands were very cold throughout the session. The massage felt rushed and impersonal—more like going through the motions than true massage therapy. To make matters worse, the session ended eight minutes early, despite starting late due to the parking issue. I really wanted to like this place and I love supporting small businesses, but the experience itself was disappointing. While the front desk staff was lovely, overall it did not feel worth the cost of a monthly membership, especially given the lack of personalization and professionalism I was hoping for.

It’s hard for me to choose the number of stars Because the spot itself is very lovely, super clean and smells great. The receptionist are very friendly and welcoming. I received the facial a few weeks back, which was pretty good and the products are amazing too. However, today I came in for a Swedish massage And that was the biggest disappointment in my life!! The massage therapist Jess just did not know what she was doing. I did not feel her fingertips on my body. She just kept putting oil and too gently very slow motion massaging me with zero pressure. I asked her three times to put more pressure as I had a knot in my neck and shoulder. I left the spot, not feeling like I receive massage at all the whole time I could not relax because I was annoyed about how not pleasing the massage was. Unless you are a grandma who bruises like a banana that was an unacceptable massage to give somebody and call it a massage. I’m so sad and disappointed because I was really looking to relieve the pressure in my back .. She did not even get to my lower back!! It was just like someone was stroking a baby’s back ..way too gentle and killing time. All in all the spa Facility is great, but do not get Jess as your masseuse! I was thinking to become a member, but this massage has completely put me off and I don’t want to return there… what a shame( I hope she was new or in training)

This spa is a cute gem in Ridgewood, NJ. Everything is amazing from the start. The front office staff are always so pleasant and delightful. My favorite masseuse is Nicole who has such a wonderful touch you may be waiting 3 months to see her. Nicole is a massage expert, who used to teach and is the best masseuse that I have come across in years! I had a facial today with the lovely Paula who blew me away with all of her knowledge. Paula has been an aesthetician for over 17 years and keeps taking classes to stay on-top Of the best products and new technology. Paula is so resourceful when it comes to knowing Supplements or medication‘s will give you side effects with your facial. Paula was so lovely and this was the best facial That I’ve had in years. I’ve never been to a spa where the owner is there and cares! Happy staff= happy customers. If your reading this call right way and book a massage and a facial because they book very fast. I hope you enjoy your massage/facial.

"A Truly Rejuvenating Experience!" From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a calming atmosphere that instantly melted my stress away. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. I booked a massage and facial, and both were absolutely heavenly—easily the best I’ve ever had. The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and filled with soothing scents and sounds. First I got the Swedish Massage, Willie was very professional and respectful and had expert hands, excellent experience. He was kind and always making sure I was feeling okay. Then I went for the Signature Facial with Eva, so professional, delicate and kind. The facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. Tank you so much for this amazing experience.

BE CAREFUL!!!! DONT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THEM!!!! I got a gift card for 80 min massage. I knew it was of 80 minutes because it said so on the gift card envelope. It turned out that the balance on the card was for 50 minutes massage( $122) . But I am sure that the person who bought it for me paid for 80 minutes (with discount). Ie pay for 50 min and get 80 min. It made sense as on Groupon you can get 50 minutes massage for 75 or even 60 if you have additional discount. The person paid $122(including tax) and then I was asked to pay additional $65 plus tip. It is now a $200+ massage which was just average. Sounds like a scam! First trick people in thinking that you bought 80 minutes then ask them to pay the difference. DISGUSTING!!!!
