Absolutely fantastic purchase! I visited several hot tub stores, went to a hot tub expo, and did a lot of research on the different hot tubs and decided to purchase the Hot Springs Grandee. This hot tub is the Mercedes of hot tubs. Chris was knowledgable about the features and answered all my questions—and trust me I had a laundry list if them. I was a little indecisive as this is a big purchase, I never felt pressured to buy. When I finally decided on the hot tub, wanting it enclosed in a vault, Chris was patient on the delivery date. He scheduled the crane company and his delivery guys to accommodate my schedule. Jorge one of the delivery guys came back to my home for a second time to ensure the hot tub was centered and helped me fill it. Chris also came out to my home a couple days later to set up the salt system and teach me how to use everything. Talk about exceptional customer service 😊 THANK YOU!!! The jets, options, (built in speakers—wow) and craftsmanship have exceeded my expectations. I am sure my family and I will enjoy our hot tub for years to come.

We are extrememly happy with our new spa. Chris was and is great to work with. He helped us find the perfect spa for our family and made the order and delivery process smooth. After it came in, he walked us through the start-up and maintenance process. The deliver came in right at 9am like he had said. He called at 11am to check on how things were going. We spoke again later that afternoon after my electrician had power to the spa. His customer service has been second to none! Very responsive and attentive to our needs a customer! This is our first spa and we probably needed a little more reassurance than most but Chris was right there through it all and I feel comfortable that if we ever have any issues he will be there to support.

I bought my Hot Tub 10 years ago from Chris Kakos at Hot Springs Spa. So many people questioned my purchase as the history of Hot Tubs might be similar to the history of work out equipment. This purchase has been the best purchase I have ever made. It has saved my hundreds of dollars in water, as I am no longer taking baths to sooth my tight muscles, stiff joints. I use it. It has been so easy to clean and to care for. Chris has always been available to answer questions and he is very honest and upfront regarding the purchase. I do not know how I lived with out this tub for so many years. It has been the primary reason I keep moving with ease. It will last me my lifetime. Best purchase I have ever made.

This is our 2nd purchase with Chris. Our first purchase, a hottub worked well for almost 20 years with a few repairs from time to time. A year ago, we purchased a swim spa and are quite pleased, so far. The delivery went well, including the crane which had me very nervous. Each time we came in to the store or called, Chris helped us pick out the best product suitable for our needs and patiently provided us with specific operating instructions and tips more than once, I might add. If you're considering the purchase of either a hottub or swim spa, we highly recommend this company and Chris for his exceptional service!

I’ve had my Aria hot tub for about 12 years now and it is still going strong. I absolutely love it and use it multiple times a week. Chris is super helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Over the years he’s been a great resource even after the initial purchase for troubleshooting water quality issues, getting parts, and—the few times I’ve need it— helping arrange repairs.
