These guys were great! They worked so hard to find a quality insert for my oddly sized fireplace, and to get the installation complete before my family arrived for Christmas. Their enthusiasm was sincere, their experience and professionalism was reassuring, and their work ethic was unparalleled. Really nice in this day and age. My gas fireplace is excellent; I don't have to worry about the unit being discontinued; my insurance company has no qualms; family and friends think it's beautiful; best of all, my cats love it! I haven't had it off since installation, and am very satisfied with the heat output, and the safety. I'm comfortable leaving the house with it on, and my cats prefer that, too. The service techs did a great job. They showed up on time, were very thorough, and they made sure I understood what they were doing. We had some compliance problems that were fully explained to me as well as options for resolving them. When we decided on what to do, they very quickly corrected the issues. They documented everything with good descriptions and took photos of everything, even using remote cameras to view the insides of the flues. Each of our three units got their own report. I'm very, very happy with the work they did.

Thank you. The service was quick, efficient and enlightening. We have a 38 year old fire stove (in the house we purchased nearly 5 years ago (of which we have never used.). We wanted to make sure the stove was sound before first use. The answer, sort of. We are able to use it, though there are efficiency issues. We may look at a future purchase for something updated and up to today's standards. But we can use it through out this winter if we wish. You can bet when we are ready to purchase, we will use The Stove and Spa Store.

I wanted my pellet stove to have a good annual inspection and cleaning to include the venting. Brandon and another young man did an excellent job. They were very professional in both demeanor and skill. They also showed respect for both the work area by using protective throw rugs over my carpeting while they worked on the stove and my personal health by wearing masks the entire time. Brandon provided me a written report with hoots of what they did. I will definitely use The Stove and Spa Store again. Great job!

I stopped by Stove and Spa the other day to set up an appointment for my gas fireplace I have moved into a new home recently and wanted to make sure everything is working properly Kevin and Carlos arrived exactly as promised, inspected the entire system and made some helpful recommendations.
