My friend goes here all the time and recommended to me. I came with another friend to get massages. I got the combo A. 30 min body 30 min foot rub. It was good for the price. Left relaxed. The 1 star and is when they lost 2 new customers when i paid 80, 55 for massage and 25 for tip. She gives me back 5 and i said wait thats for you. She said i gave her 60. I asked my friend and she said she didnt know how much i gave her. I asked the other man behind the counter and he without looking at my face says i dont know. So i said ok and pull out another 20. I get home and count the money that i withdrew from the bank before going to the spa and i was short 20. What a shame because i left really happy but that dishonesty truly turned me off to never return. So i ended up tipping her 45 for a 55 massage. Complete disgusting.

it is a shame to give one star. I am a regular customer, always a good tipper 25 to 30 and years coming and it doesn't matter how many times you tell them to lower their voices. It is amazing how they don't care. Your staff needs to control the clients and tell them straight out lower your voice. But they let them speak and debate and negotiate and then the staff speaks in cantonese or mandarin loud all the times. you pay good money for good massages but you can't relax, because there is soo much talking and movement. massage spa is for relaxing. you cant even hear the relaxing music. you never change, every time loud customers along with staff chatting while you are getting a massage and managers do nothing. I may stop coming lose a good massage place because it excessively too loud.

I was a first time customer and went back twice each time was amazing I always give a tip but this time a few days ago I offered a 5 dollar tip and then the person who massaged me told me no he wants more and then I said okay I’ll give 10 dollars and then he says no he wants 15 where I’m from a tip is offered you never ever pressure a customer to give you more tip because they don’t have to give you one at all especially when I pay for the service I found that to be very disrespectful as a young lady ofc I’m going to give what he ask but it’s disrespectful to even pressure any customer to give you tip and I’m still fairly new and I enjoyed coming here and recommend to my family so I would hope this doesn’t happen again because I will be fairly disappointed

The massage was ok thought they did cause some pain by sliding on the spine. Some of the sheets are also unchanged. However, the main problem is when you pay and they harass you and demand an over 30% tip. On a couples massage of $65 each totaling $130, I tipped $30, which is an almost 25% tip. The ladies told me "No. You must tip $40 minimum". What is that???? I tip based on how I want to tip. And an almost 25% tip is much higher than standard. If tips are mandatory then put it on your price! The service wasn't worth $170, Could've went else where and recommend you do too. Not coming back!

First time customer, I had Linda as my masseuse. She was amazing I had a 90 minute body massage with 30 minutes being a foot rub. I came at a busy time so it was noisy. The staff was speaking loudly and even having a conversation with my masseuse she apologized to me however it breaks the peacefulness & ability to fully relax. I do recommend this spa. Great massage great price and attention to detail.
