Elements Massage is a great business that offers a variety of services at reasonable costs with exceptional customer service. I have been a recurring client not only because of the wonderful services offered, but having had the pleasure of meeting Jeanne. I met Jeanne the day before my PhD dissertation defense in 2023 and she not only helped me relax on what was probably the most stressful night of my life, but over the course of the past year and a half has offered me a space to relax and fully decompress, openly talk, and always gives me something to truly look forward to. Anyone would be lucky enough to work with Jeanne, I highly recommend her not only for her skillset as a massage therapist, but because she is an exceptionally kindhearted woman and is one the most mindful people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Five stars to Elements Massage, and all the stars to Jeanne!!

I booked a last-minute massage, which was very convenient and something I really appreciated, since same-day availability isn’t always easy to find. Unfortunately, the massage itself was not a good experience for me. The therapist’s hands felt very dry, which caused friction on my skin instead of a smooth glide, making the massage uncomfortable rather than relaxing. I asked for a gentler touch, but the pressure and technique didn’t really change. On top of that, the session started a few minutes late and ended a few minutes early, which was disappointing since I paid for the full time. Overall, the experience was okay, but I’ve definitely had much better massages elsewhere.

I went to Elements today and let me tell you it was beyond a 5 star rating. From Lisa helping me out as soon as I walked in. Making sure I get the right massage therapy for myself. Very knowledgeable on getting me the right therapist. I was lucky to go with Giuseppe as he is very skillful and knowledgeable as well. He will recommend you what’s best for you to do after your therapy is done. Not to mention the therapy for an hour was so worth it came out feeling like a new born!!! I would definitely recommend Lisa and Giuseppe!

I had a great massage with Jeanne! She is very friendly and made sure that I had a relaxing experience. This was my 1st time with cupping added to a massage. Ahe explained everything and she was right..cupping was like a deep tissue massage. She is also a very experienced massage therapist . I would recommend Jeanne and plan to schedule another massage with her soon. Was also happy to see Justine again at the front desk. She is very welcoming and greets you with a smile!

I brought my dad here for his 65th birthday, and he couldn’t stop talking about how amazing his massage was! His masseuse, Guerline, took such great care of him and made sure he felt completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. He came out looking so refreshed and said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had. I really appreciate how attentive and kind the staff were. They made the whole experience feel special from start to finish. Thank you all!!
