Walking into Othership Williamsburg feels like stepping into another world. The design is stunning and intentional with river stone floors underfoot give the sensation of being in nature, cedar wood paneling brings a Scandinavian warmth, and the reds and oranges in the space create an atmosphere of home, belonging, and ease. The sauna (truly the best in NYC) can hold 100 people, yet somehow still feels intimate, alive, and communal. The ice bath area is its own sanctuary, quiet and meditative, a room designed for reflection and reset. This isn’t just a spa or bathhouse in Brooklyn, it’s a third space built around connection, wellbeing, and beautiful vibes. Every detail is crafted to support both stillness and community, making it a place I keep coming back to, again and again. Try all of their offerings and see what fits your needs best. Classes are incredible, Free Flows are where you can navigate the sauna and the ice baths unguided on your own time, and if you're looking for more of a dance social vibe, go to their Friday and Saturday night socials. If you're looking for community vibes the post-work classes and weekend Socials are best. If you're looking for quiet introspective vibes, go to the morning classes or midday Free Flows.

Came here for the sauna comedy show and I really enjoyed the experience. This was my first time here ever and I was quite impressed with everything. The location isn’t close to the train but its right near the water and it has a great courtyard area to sit and enjoy the outside views so I think that makes up for the walk. Immediately when you come in, you are greeted by the front desk attendants and given instructions on important information. The bare foot policy is a little questionable but I see what they are trying to do. I did appreciate seeing staff actively cleaning up and maintaining the areas. This is a small spa compared to others but what sets this one apart is the community aspect of it all. So if you’re looking to meet new ppl or have different spa experiences, this is definitely the place for you. They have two cold plunge pools and a sauna. So its a tight space but the communal area seats a good amount and there is room to stretch out. I would definitely come back here and I 100% recommend everyone to try it out for themselves.

I’ve visited all the Othership locations in New York and Toronto, and I have to say this is the best one yet. I’m thrilled it’s right here in Brooklyn. I brought my partner along as my guest. He works a mentally demanding job, and this experience was exactly what he needed after a long, stressful week. The new sauna is spacious, beautifully designed, and most importantly, always clean! We came during a free flow session, and a kind guide named Mihir led us through a three-minute cold plunge that left us feeling both rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. The entire space is thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The vibes are immaculate, and everyone from the front desk staff to the guides is warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. This isn’t just a spa or a bathhouse. It’s something more. It’s a refuge, an oasis for those looking to unwind, recharge, and connect with a like-minded community. Othership Williamsburg is exactly what Brooklyn was missing. I can’t wait to make it my mothership 🛸

Went for a guided sound immersion with my partner and upon entering was hit with aromatherapy galore. The facility is low lit and clean with wood everywhere. Everyone was friendly and the class was amazing. I’m not new to saunas, having been to traditional saunas in Finland and Sweden so the heat was manageable especially on the second level. You want to be able to focus on the meditative state and not fighting for air. The instructor guided the class at a good speed and did a great job keeping me locked in. The ice bath will make you dig deep as it is absolutely freezing and is the perfect time to follow your breathing. They have tea and towels as amenities and keyless lockers for your belongings. A wonderful experience that I will for sure make time for at least 1 a month.

Othership Williamsburg is honestly one of my favorite spots in Brooklyn now. The place just has really good energy the second you walk in. The sauna is super relaxing and the ice bath hits way harder than I expected, but in the best way. Doing them back to back makes you feel clear and kind of reset. It feels high-end like a spa or bathhouse but not pretentious at all. The staff is friendly and the space is designed really nicely, you can tell they care about the experiance. I’ve gone a few times now and always leave feeling lighter and way more calm. If you’re looking for a place to chill out or just take care of yourself a bit, I totally reccomend it.
