There are two places in Long Beach that I love, my dear friends deli Sorentos and Pod Spa.. both are very distinct places to indulge in. Pod Spa is 2 floors of services and amenities under one roof that I can guarantee you'll be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Jason Polete spared no expense and I have done some traveling this is up there with the best of them . From infrared saunas to cryotherapy and a beautiful Himalayan rock salt room to iv's to yoga and fitness classes on the beautiful roof. Plus all that girlie beauty facial stuff🤣 The place is pristine. I once was a brand ambasador for a certain wellness chain. The question here is will Jason build another? Job well done👏
I have been holding off writing a review until I tried a number of classes with different teachers. I can honestly say signing up at Pod Spa was the best move I have made moving to Long Beach. I changed my membership to an annual unlimited membership from just a new student trial. Everyone, from the owners to the front desk staff to the amazing instructors, is welcoming. I feel like I have become part of a community and look forward to the classes here. Stacey, the yoga instructor and manager, created a calm, spiritual environment that feels like a retreat. So grateful.
I had such an anmazing experience at Pod Spa in Long Beach! I came in for a HydraFacial and sauna session, and everything from start to finish felt incredibly relaxing and elevated. My technician, Julia, was beyond amazing - so knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire experience feel truly luxurious and restorative. Their HydraFacial is truly so special. It delivered instant results, my skin looked noticeably brighter, smoother, and refreshed right away, while still being deeply relaxing and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back !
85 minute massage with Tami was AMAZING! She found all the knots in my back…the ones I knew I had & some I didn’t know were there. Can’t say enough! Left feeling truly relaxed. I had chance to sit in the salt room a while and did an infrared sauna. Sauna was great too with a private room, complete with private shower! It was my 1st visit to Pod Spa. I found all staff to be professional and they made me feel comfortable. I’ll be back
Amazing experience! I had a lymphatic massage. The experience was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Katie was professional, attentive, and made sure the pressure was just right throughout the session. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and tension-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality massage and can’t wait to come back!
