QC Spa New York

The latest visit was my second trip to this place. Having done one in the summer and another in the winter. I must say that the place has adapted well and transitioned to handle the cold weather very well. Overall this is a very well equipped and affordable spa. I genuinely love the huge line- up of options for different spa experiences they offer. The place has different types of saunas, steam bath options which is perfect for a cold winter day. And not to forget loads of water based features like Cascade waterfall, jet spray shower, Vichy shower, Wave showers etc. Each of these had the water temperature perfectly balanced between lukewarm to a little hot to accommodate the winter cold. The highlight for still remains to be the heated pools overlooking the gorgeous NYC skyline. The two pools outside were very well heated and at perfect temprature. They also have numerous jet features for a patron to explore and relax using them. They have a chair jet spray where you can sit and experience the view of the city at the smaller pool. And the bigger one has a similar jet spray feature where you can lie down and look at the gorgeous skyline to relax. This time they also had glass dome with a fire pit and chairs on the grounds to sit and soak up the heat between using the facilities. One thing I must say by making these covered corridors protected from the cold wind was perfect way to keep the patrons as comfortable as possible when shuttling between different sections of the spa. Now coming to the food options both times I tried al carte. Sadly the options are very limited and highly overpriced. $28 dollars for a small Caprese sandwich with a pitiful bowl of chips and a piece of chocolate. Not at all worth it. They should have some good options of hearty healthy salads in the menu. Next thing which I found a little unfair was that there was a lack consistency in distributing some of the spa freebies like eye masks etc. I think when one checks in provide them with a small beauty package. It would really be appreciated by the patrons. I will say that the staff is very hardworking. They most definitely keep wiping and cleaning the facilities continuously to keep it clean and safe. The ladies at check in are informative and helpful. However, I did find a difference in the way we were checked out in the summer with them taking out feedback and informing us of winter options coming soon. They should have done the same for the summer time now and that is a missed opportunity for them. But all in all for the location, the numerous options and the cost effectiveness, I would recommend this place. However due to these same reasons it does get a bit crowded, so be prepared to deal with the flow of people.

This spa is absolutely beautiful. I decided to spend my birthday here and truly loved the ambiance. The women’s area was extremely clean and well organized, and check-in was smooth and efficient. My first interaction at check-in was with a staff who had a very serious and direct demeanor — not necessarily negative, just strong and very businesslike. It didn’t impact my overall experience, but it stood out. The women’s area was very very clean and well organized, & check-in itself to the locker was smooth with no issues. I really enjoyed all of the amenities, including the outdoor pools, heated pod rooms (loved the teddy bear feature), saunas, jets, steam rooms & essentially everything the spa had to offer. The only downside for me was the restaurant. The pricing was reasonable, but I didn’t thoroughly enjoy the food. The chicken was decent, but the other items were lacking in temperature and flavor. I also felt a bit rushed while dining. A staff member was very adamant about me paying after he collected my plate, though I told him I was going to go back to get something else. He even followed me to the fruit section with the payment device after I mentioned I wasn’t finished. The restaurant was nearly empty (I went on a Tuesday), so the urgency felt unnecessary. If there is a time limit for dining, it would be helpful to communicate that in advance. Other than that hiccup, the spa itself is beautiful :)

My favorite spot in NYC!!! Such a perfect getaway from the busy, dirty city that leaves you feeling RENEWED and REFRESHED by the end of your visit. Seriously I feel my heart rate come down within moments of stepping inside of this wonderland every time. I've been both with friends and alone and it's perfect for either! I love the concept of this place. They have soooo many cool rooms to explore that lets you choose your adventure, whether you're in the mood for a day of pure relaxing, adventuring, resetting your body through hot & cold therapy, or a bit of everything. There's probably over 40 rooms to explore so it never feels crowded or limiting. And the whole place is sparkling clean - definitely the most hygienic established I've seen in NYC. I've seen comments about the buffet being disappointing...I personally have no idea what they are talking about. It's filled with so many tasty hot options, a massive salad bar, mozzarella, cheese and cold cuts plus an abundance of focaccias, desserts and fruit. It's a personal heaven. Plus the are little free treats hidden all over the spa to keep you going in between meals. The whole experience is an 11/10. Would encourage everyone to check it out!

This spa is a true urban oasis! My birthday visit was absolutely fantastic. The experience of relaxing in the outdoor pools with that stunning skyline view is something I'll never forget—it's worth the trip alone. I had read many reviews beforehand, so I went in with managed expectations. While most of the staff were fine, I have to agree with some other reviewers that the service could be more polished and tactful. A few interactions felt a bit rushed and impersonal, which is the only thing that kept the experience from being perfect. A huge plus for me was that I visited with a 50% birthday discount, which made the luxury feel much more accessible and was a wonderful treat. Despite the minor service hiccups, the amazing baths, saunas, and the overall relaxing atmosphere make QC NY a place I would highly recommend and definitely return to. If you can snag a deal, it's an incredible value

I don’t know what all of these bad reviews are coming from, but I took my two daughters there this past week to celebrate my younger daughter’s birthday. We had an awesome experience. We are all three hard working career minded women and the service was amazing by all staff members. The relaxations rooms, OMG, Amazing. We really relaxed. The buffet was equipped with salmon, roasted chicken, a rice pilaf, a roasted noodle, and many other meats, salads and breads to choose from. The price of the buffet was 40.00 per plate and the food was served to you by the waiter. The only food we touched was the salads , breads, and desserts. The food was not processed. It was freshly made. We believe our favorite was going outside in the snow and getting into the water, which was warm and invigorating. We have told all our friends and we can hardly wait to go back
