When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told there would be an additional service fee. I’ve used Groupon for massages before and was never charged extra, so that was surprising. Also, mentioning tipping on a phone call to me was unprofessional. Right before my massage started, I was told that 10 minutes of my 60-minute session would be used for consultation and there was no consultation. I’ve never had consultation time taken out of my actual massage time before, so I did not receive a full 60 minutes hands-on. Lastly, the massage therapist stood there watching while I was paying, which made me uncomfortable. Tipping is optional, and I was planning to tip, but feeling watched made the situation awkward and pressured. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers and I won’t be returning.

I went here twice, the 1st time was great and got a really good massage from the masseuse who was wearing eyeglasses and a uniform. The second time i went here the other masseuse i got was the worst.. i could get a better massage leaning at the corner of a wall. She wasrubbing her skin against my back. No pressure with the massage at all. That will be my last visit. If you still wanna go here make sure you get the masseuse who's wearing the scrub uniform and glasses.

My husband and I did a 90 minute couple massage. I feel like I was transported to another universe!! I like my massages harder and he loves the feet rub, with that said, our masseuses tailored each massage to match our preferences. So relaxing, calm and I wish it never ended! The spa is beautiful and well keep. You can tell the owners pay attention to even the smallest details. We will definitely be back!!

I had a full body massage in Richmond Spa. First of all I want to mention that the place is really clean! I always pay attention to this. Staff is extremely friendly, i felt so comfortable there! May has golden hands, seriously. She did a really good job and paid attention to problems I mentioned. This place is one of a kind. Highly recommend!

This place exceeded my expectations! The environment was peaceful and spotless, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. My massage therapist was skilled, attentive, and truly cared about making sure I was relaxed. I walked out feeling lighter, stress-free, and refreshed. 10/10 experience — I’ll absolutely be back!
