Do not purchase the laser hair removal services from Spa Rockaway. I purchased a package here and the first time I received the service it was fine. When I reached out to rebook, with Meghan, she listed all of these personal reasons that she could not schedule an appointment and also told me that she needed to prioritize "a long list of people." At that point, when she told me I would not be able to render the services I asked for a refund. I spoke with the owner, Marisa, on the phone and she was apathetic to why I was asking for a refund and offered no apology for her staff or her inability to provide the services I purchased. When issued a refund it was not for the entire services I paid for, even though they could not provide the service I purchased.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted with genuine smiles and an immediate sense of calm. I was brought straight into my appointment with no wait time, and as a new client, the paperwork took no more than two minutes. I’ve known Chemi for many years, and the facial I received from her was absolutely exceptional. The atmosphere was deeply therapeutic—exactly what I look for in a spa experience. Our session was smooth, relaxing, and truly what I needed. Tana at the front desk was a ray of sunshine who instantly brightened my day. I also had the pleasure of meeting Marissa, the owner, who has created a spa that is nothing short of flawless. I highly recommend Spa Rockaway—an easy 10 out of 10.

I had a 60 minute signature massage with Erin and it was out of this world. Even though I signed up for the signature massage, she gave me a deep muscle tissue massage (because I really needed it). The deepest levels of my back muscles were targeted. Each visit to spa rockaway has exceeded my expectations, with Lucie as well. If you want a relaxing/stress relief massage, I'd suggest doing 90 minutes. If you want very deep sports/muscle breakdown, 60 minutes is plenty. I'll see Spa Rockaway again very soon! My Mom also gets facials with Lauren regularly, whom she raves about. I can't say enough good things! :)

Such a serene escape from daily life and stress! I bought a package for the advanced skin fitness facial and knowing I had upcoming appointments was such a treat. The days I got treatment from Lauren were my favorite of the week because it meant I could melt for an hour+ and keep that bliss for as long as i could after. I’ve seen some improvement in my skin’s elasticity and the lines around my eyes. Now I don’t know how I can live without this bit of heaven!

Spa Rockaway offers a serene and zen atmosphere with calming decor and impeccable cleanliness. It’s the perfect place to unwind and offers many different services. I have been going to Lauren for my facials for years and she always provides exactly what you need. Her extractions are painless and she gives the best facial massages. I always leave glowing and relaxed beyond measure!
