We came to watch the waves from Hurrican Erin and stopped in for lunch. Very nice, beachy vibe & decor with a bar alongside the hotel's pool. Service was quic=k and attentive despite the lunch rush (a couple of corporate events, it appeared). The Garden Margarita was a tasty, "healthy" alternative to a standard margarita; the frozen mojito was a nice drink option too. The grilled chicken sandwich was very tender and juicy, with a delicious slaw on top. The Beach Hot Dog was served with kimchi slaw, but the dog (a Pat LaFrieda dog, no less) was sadly a bit mealy. Perhaps a little more time on the grill was needed. Overall, a decent meal in a beautiful beachy setting a block from Rockaway Beach.

I came here with my college bestie for her 52nd birthday and it was absolutely fabulous! We came for a winter pool experience and had drinks and lunch while we completely relaxed on a lovely rainy day! She got the soup of the day and the salmon which was superbly delicious! I got the hot chicken sandwich and house made chips and it was the best comfort food ever! I got the club Rockaway cocktail and that was a solid drink that slowly creeps up on you😏 Sean was so kind and attentive. Everyone ensured we were accommodated and made Debra’s birthday extra special! And the sauna and heated pool were such a treat! Thank you! We’ll be back!

I am a Rockaway local and have been coming to this place since they opened. Unfortunately the food is not the same anymore. I was very disappointed with what they call avocado toast for 14$ which essentially is soggy piece of bread of bread and half of avocado on it, literally nothing else. It tasted bland. Period. Not to mention i waited for it for 35 mins!!! It’s truly said what happed to the Rockaway Hotel restaurants. I include the comparison picture of the avocado toast at Cafe Lift for the same price.

I've been 3 times this year using the pool day pass. Food is delicious, drinks can be a hit or miss, some much better than others. Reasonable prices and the service is always great. They have outdoor showers to wash off and a bathroom you can use to change if having dinner or going to their roof top bar. I personally prefer the winter set up and menu but either summer or winter are both enjoyable.
