thebodybar is a game changer! I have had the pleasure of experiencing all that it has to offer. The infrared sauna relaxed my muscles and left me feeling energized and refreshed. They even have an iPad in the sauna so you can watch TV or listen to music / podcasts while you sweat! The compression therapy really helped to alleviate the soreness in my legs, which is huge for all you runners out there. And while the cold plunge may sound intimidating at first, it is surprisingly invigorating. After just a few minutes in the cold water, I felt a rush of endorphins. But beyond the treatments themselves, what truly sets thebodybar apart is the care and expertise of the staff. Tom and Kate have created a welcoming environment where you feel genuinely cared for. Their passion for wellness is evident in every aspect of the spa, from the personalized attention to the immaculately clean amenities. I will definitely be returning to the bar and highly recommend to all!

Could not more highly recommend thebodybar. The facility is top-notch, well equipped with high-end recovery tools, and everything is incredibly clean. My wife and I opted for the 45-minute couples contrast room. The tiled room is modern, spacious and equipped with a Plunge cold tub, infrared sauna and shower (with great shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Upon entry we were instructed how to use everything in the room, how much time to spend in the cold plunge / sauna (there is an easy to use digital timer on the wall), and had all of our questions answered. Really love the ability to connect your phone to the stereo system in the sauna. 45 minutes and I could not have felt better afterwards. We will definitely be back and could not recommend it more.

Great location in the town of Scarsdale. The facilities are impeccably clean and the staff provided white glove service. In my first few visits to thebodybar, I was given all the knowledge and resources I needed to heal and recover my body from Tom and Kate. With state of the art equipment, it makes it easy to fit your health and wellness routine into your day. What I liked most, being able to walk into thebodybar knowing that the owners care about your needs. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable on their equipment and how they can be used to help your body's needs.

I walked into The Body Bar in Scarsdale knowing I needed serious recovery. From the moment TOM welcomed me, I knew I was in good hands. The infrared sauna got everything loose and heated just right. The vertical cold plunge at 32°F snapped me back in a way “refreshing” doesn’t even begin to cover. Then I slid into the Normatec leg compression—felt like my muscles were on unloading duty, circulation up, soreness on the way out. The combo? That’s how you end your week with authority. Precise, intentional, and effective.
