What a hidden gem in the heart of Cary, NC !!! The ambiance feels like a cozy cabin in the woods, enhanced by the soothing sound of running water and a beautifully designed wood-burning sauna. The essential oils, delectable pastries from Chef Dana, and refreshing tea made our time there even more special. The facilities are outstanding, with towels, a shower, and a pool available on-site, adding to our comfort. The lighting at night is simply amazing, creating a magical atmosphere around the fire pit, cold plunge, and venik whisk, making for an unforgettable experience. Our girls' night was the best experience I've had in a while. As someone who often struggles with sleep, I was amazed at how well I slept afterward and how much more at ease I felt. The warmth and kindness of Ginter and Dana truly set this place apart; they are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend this wonderful escape for anyone looking to rejuvenate and relax!

I had an incredible experience at Baltic Sauna in Cary. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calming, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail is intentional — from the lighting to the layout — and it immediately sets the tone for relaxation. The spa areas are immaculate and well-maintained. The sauna and cold plunge shower were perfectly balanced, and the contrast therapy experience felt both refreshing and restorative. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything spotless and running smoothly. What really stood out was the overall vibe. It’s peaceful without feeling sterile, and upscale without being pretentious. Whether you’re there to unwind, reset, or just escape for a few hours, it delivers. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend if you’re anywhere near Cary and looking for a true spa experience done right. I’ll definitely

We had the most incredible experience at this Baltic sauna! We booked it to celebrate my husband Mike’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect way to relax, reset, and start the week. This place is truly a hidden gem — tucked away in someone’s backyard, which makes it feel so private and intimate. The atmosphere was peaceful, beautifully set up, and you can tell so much thought went into every detail. The sauna itself was amazing — authentic, rejuvenating, and exactly what we needed. The privacy, the food, the overall vibe — everything exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a much-needed reset!

Holy cow this was amazing! When we first arrived we didn’t realize how blatantly it was someone’s backyard, but this literally is someone’s backyard! That being said…IT WAS FANTASTIC! Private, peaceful, clean, gorgeous, secluded…all the good things. The sauna was GORGEOUS! The owners are WONDERFUL! It’s so special and beautiful and we cannot wait to go back! Being able to have 3 hours in a private wood burning sauna, with snacks, tea, wine, water, etc! Heaven! We left relaxed and refreshed. They open their pool to you! A private bathroom with full shower and hair dryer!!!!! An absolute gem in a quiet neighborhood of Cary! Book it! You won’t regret it!!!! We will be back!!!!!!

I was lucky to win a giveaway and get to experience this sauna with my partner. We have been fortunate to experience a sauna house in Northern Italy last year and we’re grateful to have an experience that had the same feel and authenticity as the other side of the world. It was quaint, private, relaxing, and so much fun. You can tell how much love and attention to detail they’ve put into this space, and how important this is to them to be able to share their home with people. We brought our own snacks but they provided plenty of goodies to eat and drink. Truly a wonderful experience and I’m excited to tell others and plan our next visit.
