Spa Neo Clayton

I called and asked if this was the right place for me as this would be my first lymphatic drainage massage and expressed my concerns. Asked if they provided the relief I need. I was reassured this was the place for it. The day of my appointment, it took a while to be spoken to, until I approached the front desk only to be told I needed to go to a different area. Ok. I go. I meet with the lady, and she proceeded to give me what I would describe as a Swedish massage. Which wasn’t what I called and asked for. When it came to my face, all she did was lightly press on my cheeks and that was it. I left there not feeling fulfilled or heard. I felt like they said they provided the services I was looking for just to get me booked, in, and to pay. Which I did, but I’m never going back because I felt misled and disappointed. I did not get the relief I was needing.

This place is right off business 70 across from the ABC store in Clayton NC. I must say this was my first time visiting this Spa and was very impressed with the staff and the establishment setup. If you're looking for a professional Massage and wanna feel like you don't want to move off the table afterwards, I'll give you a hint of who to ask for; she will surprise you with her magical touch and make you feel at home as she insures your comfort and understanding your aches and pains. If the rest off the professional therapist on staff have the same personal touch as Ms. Barbara you can't go wrong. Mama use to say don't judge a book by it's cover and that analogy fits here just the same. Enjoy!!

Good service. Been here twice. John Duffy did my massage the first time. He has a gentle touch and does a great job. He's a conversationalist who keeps you entertained the whole time. Second go round, I had Tanisha. She was phenomenal with her hands and has a more quiet vibe. They are both great and the price is reasonable. They both gave me different prices when I paid cash though so I was a little confused about that one.

Everyone at spa neo is awesome. I've tried everyone at one point or another since they opened. Very clean and professional. I look forward to going every time i am in town to visit family. You will be so pleased, you'll want to go weekly! They have great holiday specials too for you or to give as a gift card.

What a pleasant and relaxing massage I had here. My masseuse was John Duffy and he was a fantastic guy, very friendly, easy to talk to, and overall great personality. He was also very professional and knew just where to pinpoint my sore areas. 10/10, I would reccomend this place to everyone.
