True REST Float Spa

What a fun first-time experience! The girl who works there, Renee, was an absolute pleasure to be around! She walked us through the entire process, gave us a detailed tour, and answered all of our questions. I even asked her to randomly create me a fun music playlist instead of the relaxing music to listen to while floating and she nailed it! I really enjoyed it! The shower was great! Very hot water ( the secret is to barely turn the knob on and that is the hot water )(in the first room anyway). I was nervous about feeling claustrophobic, but it is not like that at all! Definitely recommend it and ask for Renee! I will definitely be back. Very cool!

I love the experience of the float. The stillness and peace are incredibly healing. An important aspect of the experience is the wonderful customer service here. I recently brought two friends who were new to floating, so was able to go through the full intro process with them. Renee Greedle was fantastic at explaining how everything worked and what to expect. She was patient and a delight to talk with. She made sure that all questions were answered and that everyone was comfortable. Her level of customer care from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was outstanding.

Been having back issues lately and needed to relieve some tension. I stopped in for a 1 hour float and it was exactly what I needed. I prefer silence and complete darkness when I float, it helps me relax and decompress. It also helps clear my mind and focus when I have a jiujitsu tournament coming up. Definitely worth trying if you have never done a float before!

Just seemed interesting to me, I felt like it could be good for my body. I had just gotten over being sick the first time, so I now know that the experience wasn’t all that great. Went for my second visit today and it was awesome. Friendly and very accommodating staff. It’s clean and very relaxing. Still amazes me how my body floats

Very calming experience. Brought my friend for his first float. Alex was a fantastic float tech, she walked us through everything - she was very friendly and engaging. It's harder or easier depending on your mindset that day, but I always come out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Love it here, thanks Alex!
