UPDATE: The company issued a full refund along with a complimentary gift certificate to compensate for our experience. Mom is feeling better even though it took several weeks so hopefully no one else will have this happen to them and staff will be more careful. My mom, sister and I came here two weeks ago. Neither of them had ever had a massage and this was only my second time. The ladies unfortunately made our massages very painful even though we all requested very light pressure. There was no music playing in the room my mom and I were in which made it less relaxing. We had to listen to masseuses chit chatting the entire time and they weren't engaging with us at all. We weren't sure what to expect so the hot towels and stones caught us off guard and really burned! It would have been nice if they had been able to walk us through the process a little bit. The worst thing of all is that my mom has been in severe pain around her rib area since this massage and she finally went to the doctor the other day. Turns out she has a cracked rib! The staff actually cracked her rib cage while massaging her, they were so rough. I would advise anyone coming here to be extremely careful so to avoid a painful experience and possibly expensive medical bills to follow.
I got the 30 min massage and feel like a new person!!! I had some kid free time today and just wanted to find a place that would take a walk in for massage because I'm under a lot of stress and my muscles hurt from weight training lately. I struck out at a few other places that either didn't exist or looked like somebody's house. But then thankfully I found Zen Garden Spa! As a walk-in, I only had to wait 5 min and they were able to take me back! The masseuse did an amazing job and checked on me multiple times to make sure the massage wasn't too hard. Very caring and skilled in massage! I'll definitely be spreading the word about this place! Also wanted to add, it's very clean and everyone was very nice!
This was me and my husband’s first time ever getting massaged together!! It started great but ended really bad. We were gonna tip until the women at the desk started begging to be tipped. We were told we were only paying 174. When my husband walked out with the receipt I checked it and it had multiple numbers on there one being 485!!! When my husband checked his bank statements the women had took out 195! I went inside to ask for the money back and she said that we tipped her which we DID NOT!! She apologized but we WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! You are not obligated to tip ANYONE!!!
The therapist did a great job on my Massage. She was well skilled, used hot stones and cupping techniques. Her pressure was good, detail and deep. She worked my back well and focus on my spine area to where my concerns were. Only complaint is she didnt speak English well nor were the rooms decor nicely or a spa ambiance as I'm use to. Walls were plan with no pictures or decor and no heated table. For that I took a star but the service was still good.
Last night was my second time going to this spa for a couples full body massage and like last time, it was an amazingly relaxing experience. I felt very welcomed and cared for. The building is very clean and beautifully decorated with calming art and paint colors. When lying on the table, you can smell the freshly cleaned bedding. My husband agreed that it’s one of his favorite places to go now for our date nights.
