Hidden Gem Spa

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I attended the Hidden Gem and Spa Retreat and would highly recommend it! The restorative yoga session in the salt cave was absolutely amazing — deeply relaxing and perfectly complemented by soothing meditation. The calming music and gentle glow of the lights created such a peaceful atmosphere. After yoga, the sauna was a wonderful addition, providing even more relaxation. We then met with Beth for life coaching, and she shared incredibly informative and helpful insights. To top it all off, we enjoyed complimentary snacks and water, which was a thoughtful touch. The entire experience was rejuvenating, memorable, and truly something to share. I can’t wait to return!

This was my first salt cave experience and I would do it again! Cierra is one of the friendliest, most genuine people I have ever met. You can tell she is passionate about wellness, this spa, and the people she serves. ❤️ The whole spa is cozy and thoughtfully curated. The salt cave looks amazing and has a variety of light and sound options - meditative music and just twinkle lights was magical! I brought my two toddlers and they played with the provided matchbox farm trucks and dug in the salt for a solid thirty minutes and immediately asked if we could go again 😂 Highly recommend.

In under an hour, I emerged feeling deeply rejuvenated, balanced, and ready to tackle anything. Highly recommend Hidden Gem Spa’s salt cave for anyone craving a blissful escape!

I was utterly amazed when I entered the salt cave! I had to ooh and ahh, inspect all the details, ask questions and play with some salt before I could even think about sitting down to relax. 😆 Pictures and videos don’t do it justice! The music added perfectly to the relaxing ambiance. It felt so easy to breathe in there too. Would definitely go again!

Wow! This was such a fun and relaxing experience. We had a massage in the salt cave. The massage was one of the top massages I have had out of many massages.The sauna after was excellent after the massage. This place truly is a hidden gem. I can’t wait to come back!
