Immersion Sauna + Cold Plunge Studio

I will admit, I was extremely nervous to try the cold plunge. My body runs cold most of the time and the thought of purposefully soaking in icy cold water sounded miserable. Erik assured me I’d feel amazing and he was right! First we started with the sauna then a quick shower before the plunge. Initially the cold water was such a shock but I was able to make it two minutes. Immediately after I felt warm and extremely awake and alert. I felt great the rest of the day and had a solid night’s sleep without waking. I highly recommend this to anyone even if you think you can’t do it, you can! Thanks Erik for convincing us to try!

I took the plunge! I wasn’t sure what I expected when I signed up but Erik walks you through this experience and offers just the right amount of encouragement and support as the nerves kick in. The sauna was wonderful and the dip was well… shocking but somehow exhilarating at the same time. I look forward to going back as I don’t believe one visit is enough to reap all the possible benefits. His space is super clean and very well kept. I would say if you are curious, try it! Discovered Immersion, LLC through school and was so glad we got to experience it. The benefits that are done on Hydrotherapy are such an asset in the wellness of an individual. You leave feeling really, really good. It's simple, beneficial and so refreshing. Erik always greets you with a smile and is super awesome to work with. He shows you around and explains it all! Had an incredible experience with Eric and Immersion LLC! Eric was extremely thorough in explaining the process and made it easy to navigate. The facility was really clean with nice touches like essential oils and bluetooth capabilities to listen to a podcast or music in the Sauna. The cold plunge was exactly as advertised. It's mentally challenging, but once you get past the initial cold, it's incredible! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the overall health benefits of cold plunging and sauna, I have been utilizing this form of therapy for years. The best part about this experience was that the water was clean, the sauna was clean and Erik was super professional! He talked me through the entire process thoroughly and I didn't feel rushed. I will definitely be back! Looking forward to my next plunge!
