I recently bought a Bullfrog S180XD Swim Spa. I have owned four different swim spa brands over the years and I can honestly say this Bullfrog is by far better than any of the competition. The quality and craftsmanship is top notch! The swim current is very strong. The relaxing hydrotherapy seats will ease your stress and cure those sore muscles. I greatly appreciate Troy, his team, and the regional Bullfrog sales representative for all of their assistance and guidance throughout the purchase and delivery. The price couldn’t be beat! The install team took the time and attention this large spa needed during delivery and set up. If you are in the market for a hot tub or swim spa, I would highly recommend Troy and his team at Tubs of Fun. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with this swim spa. It was worth every penny. Fantastic service. The install crew was very professional and helpful with their "Pool School" care for our new Bull Frog A8 Series. As newbees, we were very nervous about operating our new spa, but our Sales Professional Josh was very patient with us & helped ease our concerns & that we too would become experts in a matter of days. He was right. We absolutely made the right decision not only for the features our spa offers, but for the support Tubs Of Fun offers. I highly recommend them before you make your final decision investing in a new spa.

I had an issue with my new heater I ordered from an online store. The online store wouldn't help me and the manufacturer of the heater wouldn't help me. I was so frustrated. I found Troy and he immediately said he would help us troubleshoot and figure it out. The next morning he had someone at my door and I had a diagnosis within a half hour. Don't buy your pool heaters online! You will get no after service at all. Even if it arrives defective. Pay a little more and get the service to back it up in town. Thank you Tubs of Fun!

Edit**** They made it right and the delivery and guidance over set up was top notch!!! Had a purchase deal in place and day of they said they had to charge more. Not happy but agreed to pay half of that increase and they said no. Furthermore I was told that I shouldn't be frustrated by this as it was only a verbal agreement. Happy to verify the whole transaction as it was done over messenger.

I have had Tubs of Fun/My Aquatics help me with my pool since buying my home and the staff is amazing! They have always made me feel like I am important and have given me amazing support with my pool. This year was ecspecially challenging after our warm winter but Steve and his team did not disappoint me! Thank you for all you do for me!! My pool looks amazing😀
