Ebb & Float

I've been to the Ebb and Float in downtown and it was absolutely fabulous and full of luxury, the ambience was like what you would expect a day at the spa to be. Today, at the Polaris one, was in complete contrast. The front is nice but once you go back in the room, it's not anything I would consider luxury. I've added photos but it was not what I expect as clean. As soon as I walked into the room I was uncomfortable. Part of that is that I expected a built in float tub that filters (cleans) the water as you're in it. This one did not. The shower had brownish rings and the pod had black dots around it. I tried to push it out of my head but I couldn't relax and ended early. If you are running errands and just need to get in and get out, Polaris is the place for you. If you want to pamper yourself definitely go to the downtown one. I decided to stay and try the cold plunge since I already paid for it. This room was much better and the pool looked a lot cleaner.

Always wanted to do a sensory deprivation tank, but this one got distractingly cold after 30 minutes or so. It was very comfortable initially but something was definitely wrong with the heater in my pod. My always-cold girlfriend didn't have the same problem. Lady working the front desk just gaslighted me about the experience and said it only drops 1-2° but sometimes you get cold during an out of body experience... Ma'am, I was still in my body, it was just too cold! Would not recommend this location

My good float experience at Ebb & Float was completely overshadowed by the ownership. The way management handles customers is unbelievably dismissive and unprofessional. It’s clear they’re far more interested in themselves than actually listening or providing any real help. I’ve never dealt with a business where the owners made me feel this unseen/unheard. Whatever benefits the float might offer, the attitude from the top makes it absolutely not worth returning.

I have loved the downtown location for years and I'm thrilled to have another option now. The staff is warm and friendly, the vibe is chill and inviting and I had a wonderful float. Just what I needed and I will absolutely be back! I definitely recommend going early for a massage in the chair first, and give yourself time to have a cup of tea after your session. THANK YOU!!!!

I was really disappointed with my experience at Ebb & Float. The sauna only reached 132 degrees, which is far below what’s expected, and the Bluetooth didn’t work at all. For a $40 session, it didn’t feel worth the price. When I mentioned these issues to the staff, they were dismissive and didn’t offer any solution or attempt to make it right.
