I’ve been going to I Am Rooted Wellness since the beginning and every time I go I’m more than satisfied with my experience. My favorite combo is the sauna + red light therapy with the grounding mat. I couldn’t recommend her services enough and Amber is truly such a blessing to the community!

Amber does a great job aligning what she has to offer, with what you are trying to accomplish. So far over 2 visits I have done ionic foot detox, infrared lymphatic massage, infrared sauna, and red light therapy. I highly recommend I Am Rooted Wellness
