Absolutely wonderful!! My wife and I frequent wellness centers like this often. We’ve been to great ones and not so great. I must say this place exceeded our expectations! The owner Holly was so kind and helpful during the whole process. As she explained more about the many therapies and services they provide, we really got to hear her story more and what a genuine and authentic person! Her heart is truly devoted to helping others heal and feel their best. Polly was our massage therapist and she went above and beyond during me and my wife’s session. And on top of that the price for everything was an unbearable value. It’s located in a beautiful historic building with a very interesting story as well. Can’t say enough about this place.! A must do experience if you are anywhere near Lancaster or Hocking Hills. Highly recommend!

Visit date 2/24/2020. Natural Remedies Massage introduced me to my first meditation float. The room for my float was generic, dirty, cluttered and lacked the warmth we enjoy when experiencing a spa day. No robes. I had to walk down a hall in front of people in a cheap, thin towel. My float was not quiet, I heard the footsteps outside, the conversations etc. My float was not dark. The lights were never shut off. The jets came on, instead of a bell, to alert me of the end of my session. This startled me, needless to say, my eyes and mouth were full of salt water. I’m excited to embrace the practice of a mediation float but that will have to be done elsewhere.

Laverta gets 5 stars. She was so calming, kind and entertaining during my first ever massage. And a prenatal massage at 34 weeks, felt so relaxing!!! She was knowledgeable, punctual, and provided relief to my pregnancy back pain. The atmosphere gets the 3 stars. For a spa like experience, I found the atmosphere to be super hot (even with fans), sticky and stuffy, a bit dirty. I know the building is old, but it could seriously use upgrades to make it feel like a more relaxing and clean environment. I would definitely go back to Laverta again, just not so sure about the environment / cleanliness.

My wife and myself came here and got the detox package. We can't say this enough but the atmosphere itself was inviting with a relaxing theme throughout the whole building. The warm lights add a wonderful sensation of pure relaxation. We both received wonderful customer service. Our package included a body massage, deep salt bath float, foot detox, sauna and a relaxation salt room. I would recommend this place to anyone that wishes to come and get a great deal with the price and service. Thank you for making our day ever better xoxox

We had a wonderful experience here while we were in town for Labor Day weekend. Both Pollie and Laverta were so friendly and made us feel very comfortable. It’s a great atmosphere, easy to find and we both loved the playlist Pollie chose for our massages. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely return when we are in the area next! Thanks!
