Rainbow Hot Tubs & Swim Spas

Small business, Is a small business
My home Jaccuzi had been idle for many years after we bought the house. Recently when we try to turn it on it shows no sign of working. I thought that we might need a thorough service which can be expensive. After reading many reviews on Google we decided to call Rainbow Hot Tubs & Swim Spas for help because we heard that they are very honest. When I call Rainbow Hot-tubs, instead taking the repair job right away the lady at office asked me to check many things before she can send someone out to our house. She wanted to check the house electrical breaker, wall switch, tub switch, etc. like a Pro. At the beginning I hesitated to do because I was afraid that I may make bad thing worse. But she was very patient and even tried to encourage me to go ahead by her advice. Finaly when I pull the hose connecting the air-switch to the motor switch out and blow it with my mouth, "it works". I am so thrilled and ask her what do I need to do next. She told me "come to her shop and get the new air switch". The next day I stopped at Rainbow Hot-Tub and the gentleman sold me the parts that cost about $30.00. I am so happy with the helps this business offered and their kindness. They try to help you first before thinking of making money. That is an excellent business I like to recommend to friends.
They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I purchased a Rainbow hot tub filter, but the filter cap was not closing properly. I took it back, and they demonstrated it on another hot tub and advised me to check if any small part from the old filter was left inside the cap. When I came back home, I followed their suggestion and found that a small piece from the old filter was stuck inside the cover. I removed it, and everything started working perfectly. I truly appreciate their help, they quickly identified the issue and resolved it. I unfortunately forgot his name (I think it might have been Mick), but he was extremely helpful and professional. The whole team there is really great and supportive.👌🙏
I can NOT recommend Rainbow Spa. We purchased a Hydropools Swim Spa. From the get go, the swim spa had issues. Leaking jet, fountains not triggering correctly, etc. It took several months to try to get them to service it correctly, which they couldn't. They are good at selling you a hot tub and promising great service, however we got he run around and after 3 years have a swim spa that is not very functional. We have since reached out to Leisuretime spa, and they have been phenomenal at helping to service the unit.
Knowledgeable about their product, Jeff was very helpful and willing to come to my property and scope the project area without any commitment on my part to purchase. No pressure from them and most importantly they already have vetted 3rd party professionals they recommend to complete my project, have not pulled the trigger yet am working with my HOA and they’re working with me on that too. Expensive, no doubt but so much easier with no pressure. Thank you guys…..
I have and older Coast Spa hot tub. I bought it used, 10 years ago from someone in Columbus area. At that time I contacted Rick, they moved the hot tub out of a sun room and took to there shop and loaded on my trailer. From that day they have been my hot tub store. They have help me keep my tub running. There service is great. They're very knowledgeable on hot tubs.
