I came to Raw Aesthetics for the first time, and it exceeded every expectation I had. What originally drew me here was their commitment to using organic skincare products — something very important to me since I prefer natural, clean ingredients. I was also intrigued by their unique facial release massage, which focuses on relaxing the jaw muscles. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, calm, and inviting — the kind of space where you can instantly relax. Kristen was my esthetician, and she is absolutely phenomenal. She didn’t just jump into the service; she took the time to sit with me, ask thoughtful questions about my past facial experiences, and really listen to what I was hoping to get out of the treatment. That personal touch made me feel seen and valued as a client. Her technique is truly top-notch. You can feel her years of skill and dedication in the way she works — not rushed, but intentional, precise, and deeply relaxing. I especially appreciated how she customized the experience for me, even choosing products from their skincare line that matched my sensory preferences, knowing I’m drawn to natural scents like sandalwood. That attention to detail really set the experience apart. The facial release massage was an absolute highlight. The way she worked on my jaw muscles released so much hidden tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. And to top it off, I also tried cupping for the very first time. Kristen placed the cups on my traps and arms to ease the tension I’ve built up from sitting at a computer all day. The relief was incredible — my shoulders felt lighter and freer than they have in a long time. Overall, Raw Aesthetics is a true gem. The environment is serene, the staff is professional and kind, and the treatments are a perfect blend of natural, holistic care and advanced technique. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking not just for a facial, but for a truly restorative and therapeutic experience. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Walking into Raw is like walking into another world that’s safe, comforting, inclusive and regenerative. I’ve been luxuriating with Cupping Massage and Facials for YEARS now at the skilled hands of Kristen and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Aside from feeling totally pampered I actually have benefited on a much deeper level. I have Multiple Sclerosis that causes intense pain and fatigue, I got my first Cupping Massage thinking it would relax me but it’s so much more- I’ve truly experienced relief like I’ve never been able to achieve before. Cupping Massage has become a regular habit in aiding my pain management. The atmosphere is special, the employees are kind and you can sense the attention to cleanliness as soon as you walk in the door. The products they use are phenomenal and it’s apparent the staff is knowledgeable in correct usage during treatments and guiding a client for at home use. I highly recommend Raw Esthetics.

My husband and I booked the outdoor nordic spa for Valentine’s Day and had an amazing time! It was really nice to cycle through the sauna and cold air at our own pace. The session was about an hour and we got in about 3 rounds. The solarium was very cozy to relax in between as well. We brought in our own snacks to enjoy but they did have complimentary tea and water. We did a private session and the first early morning time slot so we were the only ones there. The spa was very clean and well maintained. They have a nice changing room with lockers to put your clothes and a very nice shower room to rinse off afterwards (you will be sweaty after the sauna). The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. This was our first time visiting but will definitely be back, highly recommend!!

Omgosh first I have to say this place is AMAZING, inviting & so clean. As soon as you walk in the door, you get sanitized shoes to wear around the whole facility that are sized .The girls that are there are so nice. The girl I got her name may be Kristen(I might be wrong) but was so wonderful. I usually don’t feel comfortable around new people & I had nothing to worry about with her. She explained everything to where I understood it. She asked if something was hurting me and if I wanted her to focus in that area. I have so much relief in my face and that my eyes don’t hurt anymore in the side of my jaw on both sides. She even texted me a day or two later asking me how I was feeling. I will definitely be coming back such an amazing place & experience.

Luxury from start to finish! The building itself is so relaxing and comfortable, with many beautiful and serene places. I got the custom facial and had Rachel and she was just amazing, a 10/10. She was so knowledgeable and gave me great advice on how to help my skin and my perioral dermatitis (which no dermatologist has been able to help with). She didn’t force me to buy any products, she simply recommended ones for me that were very easy and simple to buy. The facial itself left my skin looking the best it ever has, I couldn’t believe it. I also have extremely sensitive skin and nothing she used irritated it at all, not even in the days to come. Wonderful experience and I will be going back!!
