My husband bought me a massage and a session in the infrared sauna for Mother’s Day and I am soooo glad he found this little gem. Carol was so wonderful, thoughtful, friendly and calming. The place is clean and quiet. My massage was so relaxing and was mixed with some of carol’s energy work and reflexology. After a stressful work week, it was absolutely perfect. And the Sauna….talk about a detox!! It was 30 mins of decompressing, by myself! I truly cannot wait to book another session with Carol and the sauna. I didn’t know what to expect and I am soooo glad thankful my husband found this place!

I can not say enough amazing things about Rooted in Wellness. I started using the salt booth for my allergies and it has been LIFE CHANGING! I can not express enough how happy I am I tried it! If you experience any allergies or asthma symptoms you have got to go!! Also I get massage treatments from Carol and Erica and both are absolutely incredible. The best relaxation and deep tissue massages, hands down, I have ever received. So go treat yourself! They are the best!!!

Carol and her massage services are AMAZING!! Not only is it a beautiful, relaxing, and clean space but her energy alone is so healing. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to add some extra self care into their life. I really look forward to my monthly massages ❤️

Carol is amazing. I’ve been seeing her for several years just about monthly - her space is amazing, she is so welcoming and is so talented. My body feels so much better after a visit with her! I have recommended to everyone I know!
