Spa West

I had been experiencing some difficulties with dryness of my skin. I decided to try spa west and so glad I did. From Allison who helped determine which service was best just by me describing some of my concerns, to scheduling me with the technician Jill Gunton. Jill was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and made sure to proceed with what was best to help my concerns. She was extremely educated, has many years of experience, and a true talent of understanding skincare. She explained everything very thoroughly and educated me on different types of treatments that can be helpful as I enter into different stages of life. After my first treatment I noticed my skin had much more glow and moisture. I have experienced less dryness of my skin since my treatment. She helped create a plan for me and I had complete trust in her. Thank you so much and looking forward to the next appointment.

Sophia, who scheduled my appointment and greeted me was fantastic. She even gave me a discount because there was a special going on that I knew nothing about it. Mike, who did the deep tissue, was the best masseuse I’ve ever had… and I’ve had a lot of massages..all over the world! If you don’t like it hard, then you won’t like him… you have to tell him to be soft, but if you love deep tissue, it is absolutely phenomenal! I have plantar fasciitis and a real tight calf and he made me feel so much better. Not only are the employees fantastic but the facility is classy, luxurious, and I can’t believe it’s right in the heart of Westlake. I highly recommend.

I had my nails down by Nikki today. I hadn’t had my nails done in years and decided to visit a local mall nail salon, they butchered my nails and did not do what I requested. Nikki took the time to fix my nails and made sure they were perfect. From the shape, length and color that I truly wanted. I look forward to working with Nikki in the future! I also had made the last minute decision to have my hair shampooed with a blow out. Amina was wonderful and took me last minute. She took the time to wash, massage and give me a nice blow out with some volume! I look forward to me a longtime customer of spa West!!!

We had an amazing spa day as an early Valentine’s Day celebration. Booking was super easy thanks to Jill, and she got us in even though we booked the day before. Allison checked us in and made sure we had time to relax before our sauna session and helped guide us through everything. We did a couples massage. My boyfriend had a deep tissue massage with Hannah and I had a relaxation massage with Chandra. Both were incredible and so relaxing. We ended the day with champagne in the relaxation room, which was such a nice touch. 10/10 recommend. Very professional, extremely clean, and we will definitely be back!!

Love love love! I have been a decade long client of Jill’s and had not seen her in a while due to distance when I moved closer to her new spa I was excited to place my skin care back into her hands. I suffer from hyper pigmentation and melasma and Jill was the first and only person who has been able to put me on a regimen that worked to clear my skin. She is kind caring yet straightforward, and will tell you what needs to be said based on her expertise and deep understanding of skin of all types I’m so happy to be back in her care. AND she always checks on you. Truly a gem of a person ❤️
