Wow, what an incredible experience. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday this year and contacted the spa just days before I wanted to come in. The receptionist, Kim, was very accommodating and polite. She worked with me to get me on the schedule the day that I requested for a Spa Pedi, Gel Manicure and 75 minute facial. She did a wonderful job explaining exactly what to expect during my experience there (masks, time between treatments, cancelations, etc.). Both the technicians, the one who did my mani and pedi and the one who did my facial were also very polite. I am currently 8 months pregnant and they were so accommodating, making sure that I was comfortable through with all treatments. One thing that I really appreciate, which some may not, is that they did not speak to me much at all during all of my treatments. I had peace, quiet and relaxation which is EXACTLY what I was looking for and needed. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back.

This is my second time at falling waters spa, and it is truly my favorite place to get a massage! From the decor, to the relaxing atmosphere with all of the waterfalls it is such a great experience. I LOVE that they allow you use the hot tub, steam room, and sauna as I feel this is an added bonus to really healing those sore muscles along with the massage. Shelly did an AMAZING job. Sometimes I feel like when I have gone to other places they just give you the typical massage, which is fine, however Shelly really felt exactly where my muscles were extremely tight and sore and she knew without me even telling her. She was able to release a lot of tension and soreness and really helped me out, I appreciate her! Definitely cannot wait for my next visit at falling waters spa !

Lovely spa located inside the oasis of a beautiful wellness center. The whole place sparkles with cleanliness and lavish amenities. The spa offers a full menu of products and services. The therapeutic massage is a genuine life saver. Jolleen has healing hands and a compassionate heart that can transform achy tired bodies miraculously into rejuvenated joyful spirits in sixty minutes of pure bliss.

The spa is lovely and very relaxing inside. We were greeted nicely and offered a glass a water where others were offered tea as well. My sister's massage therapist was nice & chatted with her. My manicurist was professional but not very friendly. I asked her some friendly questions but she asked none back to me. There were no magazines to look at so it was a very quiet appt.

Yulia, the nail technician, is absolutely amazing. I have been a client of hers for about three years. By far, she has been the best nail technician that I have ever had. So many people have commented on how good my nails look and how perfectly shaped and beautiful they are. She takes her time and is very precise with her manicures and pedicures, and it shows.
