I had quite a bit of trouble booking because the gift card my husband bought me was actually a credit on his account. Once we got that straightened out, I was able to book my red light therapy and float session. The red light therapy was not my favorite. Basically you just stand in the middle of little room, between two panels of red lights in your birthday suit. It felt long and awkward just standing there. I'm not sure what I was expecting but relaxing isn't a word I would use for it. But, I'm sure one would get used to it and get benefits from it cumulatively...that said, I don't think that one is for me. From there I donned the robe they provided and went to the float. I showered with the provided liquid soap and shampoo, and climbed in. I started with the little block holder to keep a little air in the tank, but once I got comfortable I was able to close the lid all the way. The time went quickly and the weightlessness and sensory deprivation was just what I needed to de-stress. Nearly 5 stars, just a little bit lacking in a few things. My robe was pretty small (I'm not a huge person or anything..), a lady came out of the red light room right before me. There was a little stool you could sit on, but there wasn't a visible clean (I was sitting outside) between us, so it just seemed weird to sit on the stool. In the float room, it looked like a teenager had painted it, with roll marks on the ceiling, and missing spots on the side. With my booking troubles, I tried calling, left a voicemail, and called 2 more times with no answer. I finally called the Lexington store to see if they could help, and Patrick was very helpful and I had a call back from West Chester a few minutes later...where I was helped promptly. However, I was told, more than once, that I should have left a voicemail...when I had indeed left a voicemail. Overall, I would do the float again. This was not my first float but was my favorite and felt it was the cleanest.

My husband surprised me with a trip to the float loft last weekend for our anniversary. Let me just say, it was an AMAZING experience. I have done floats before in Louisville - but this facility is definitely my favorite between the two! I did a float, and we both did a massage and the sauna! Patrick and Hanna were both very friendly and made the whole experience just that much better.

Great experience for a first time float. The staff was super friendly and explained everything. The room was nice with a shower in the corner and a chair with 2 towels and wash cloth. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. It's a bit hard to settle for the first few minutes but gets easier as you go. I would totally go back.

Made appointment online, paid ahead of time. Received numerous confirmations via email and text. Sitting in parking lot door is locked sign says closed. Left voicemail. Waste of time and money. ***Update- management gave refund immediately and apologized. Looking forward to our first visit when we reschedule

Definitely recommend. I experienced sauna and float spa and left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Spa experience began at the door speaking to staff who had the best voice and tone to set mood and the scent of the place was amazing. Clean throughout. Hidden gem.
