We are thrilled with our new Heat & Glo gas fireplace insert from The Place. The install team of Troy, Andrew, and Nate went above and beyond to ensure that our installation was perfect. They were skilled, detail-oriented, and friendly. Tim coordinated our project, and everything went smoothly with no surprises. A five star experience!

Joe at The Place gave me wonderful service from start to finish. He explained all the pros and cons of different options so I could make an informed decision. He also gave me the best price that I found anywhere. I would definitely recommend The Place and plan to upgrade my other patio furniture with them in the future.
