Spectacular! 1st time for two of us, redeemed gifts from Christmas. Walk-in and confirm you are there at the kiosk. Greeted by a host, then shown a short video in a small but comfortable room all about the benefits and history of salt floats. There are two private restrooms to use before your float then you are escorted to your float room and given instructions. Amazing shower (in float room) for pre-float use: body towel, hand towel, and washcloth all provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The float pod itself allows you to have the door opened or closed. Light or no lights, and music as desired. 60 minutes were amazing! Shower and redress, then head to the ready room complete with: cotton swabs, deodorant, extra hand towels, cleaning wipes, a blow dryer and curling iron. No hairspray but it's all good. After that head to the oasis: first time guests were given 10 minutes complementary use of the oxygen bar. Water and tea were available, as well as simple activities for relaxing. Nothing felt rushed and everything was immaculately clean. Now, if only we didn't live 90+ minutes away:( We'll be back!!

I was introduced to this location by a very good friend of mine, and it has been the absolute best! I float every chance I get, and it has truly brought so much peace and relaxation to my life, as well as relieved a lot of my day to day aches and pains. I 100% recommend this place to all of my friends, because it’s honestly been so wonderful! They also offer and oxygen bar, which is just the icing on the cake! Such a relaxing environment, and WONDERFUL staff. Everyone I’ve met is so kind, and answered any questions I had!

This place is an absolute joke...a true waste of time not true rest. I drove over 30 minutes for an appointment looking forward to relaxing but I'm sitting in the parking lot, now for 30 mins and literally no one is answering the door. You can't even call inside because they have some stupid recording that sends you to an automated message even when you make an appointment you don't get to talk to a real person. Don't waste your time with this place! Zero out of 10, and UNPROFESSIONAL...I would not recommend!

If you have an irregular schedule...DO NOT BOOK. If you have an irregular cycle...DO NOT BOOK. They are not accommodating when it comes to schedule conflicts and I was charged a cancelation fee because my friend that I booked with was not completely done with her cycle. We booked TOGETHER! They put a note on my file stating I canceled several times... It was twice. Forgive me that my friend and I do not have the same period dates. ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Marah was so kind and helpful to me and my boyfriend. I love that they have an oxygen bar and an area to relax. Such a great environment. Ethan was also leaving for the day as we came in and I appreciate that he was still friendly and helpful even though he'd clocked out. We came with gift certificates and left with memberships! I can't wait to come back! 😍
