Today was my birthday, and my evening plans were to do a float spa & get carry out from Local Roots for dinner on the way home. When I arrived for my appointment she said she had to reschedule for another day because she had to close because she had mom stuff she had to take care of. Two other people there had driven an hour to get there and had their appointments canceled too. I tried to salvage my evening and found a massage place across town that still had an opening. The massage was weird and cost me $190. I found a place near there to pick up dinner and the food was gross. Then I got home much later than I had hoped. I hope there was a good reason for them to cancel my appointment, and if so I guess I hope everything is ok. Pretty disappointing. I’ve been going there since they opened about 10 years ago.

I did a salt float for the first time, and wow… what a powerful, natural healing experience for the mind, body, and soul. It’s honestly hard to find the exact words to describe how it felt. The best way I can explain it is this: the shower afterward felt better than any shower I’ve ever taken in my life. That’s how relaxed, grounded, and renewed my body felt. Frankie made the entire experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and we connected on so many different levels, which made the experience feel even more comfortable and meaningful. If you’ve been thinking about trying a salt float—do it. Your body will truly thank you. ✨

I loved my first float and bought a membership to help with chronic pain. The customer service is shockingly terrible. They never answer their phone, never return a call or email, will only text with prepared messages. I've been treated with rudeness and am currently trying to cancel my membership but they won't respond to my texts, phone calls, and emails. One of the workers even tried to gaslight me when I went in person to deal with the issue. This feels like a fraudulent company. Buyer beware.

A great experience for my first time at a Float Spa! I was a bit nervous to try this, but the knowledgeable staff at True REST put me at ease with fully explaining what I should expect and how the process works. The facility is incredibly clean and offers everything you will need to prep before your float and to relax and reflect after. If you are curious about sensory deprivation and it's benefits, or you use this therapy regularly; I highly recommend you try this place.

I love floating! It relieves so much in just 60 mins. The complete relaxation and rest that everyone needs is all right here- get away from chaotic life and float! I've been on so many meds and been to so many doctors for help and truly mixing this with a chiropractor or massage therapist is THE BEST combo that I've found that is completely MED FREE!!! Please treat yourself if you havent already- your entire essence with thank you, I promise 🥰
