Member for a year and a half with bi-weekly appointments, and started scheduling weekly as of October 2025. Booked a last minute appointment on 9/24 only to have to cancel last minimum due to unforeseen traffic. Charged $40 for cancellation without being told and without consideration for the circumstance. I showed up for my last appointment today to finish my membership before cancelling, only to be told that my appointment had been cancelled 7 minutes before that. I drove an hour to get to this appointment. Do I get to charge them $40? In addition, I was notified of this cancellation via email. Not even a phone call. I just happened to see the email while sitting in their lobby waiting for my appointment. And the email said my appointment had been changed…to the exact same date and time as the appointment I was sitting there for. The receptionist immediately messaged the manager, but no one has bothered to reach out. I guess I know my membership was not valuable.

I have been going to Elements for over a year now for massages and recently switched locations as my last 2 therapists have left - I have been very happy with the company and have no complaints - every therapist I’ve had has been wonderful - I had a great massage from Arie yesterday, she is great about getting your problem areas and Angie at the front desk is very helpful , easy to talk to and very accommodating. Would highly recommend Elements !

They initially quoted me the wrong price before the services, but everyone was very kind and the massage itself was fantastic. Norah was my massage therapist, and she did a wonderful job. There were some loud noises coming from the room next door occasionally, but aside from that, it was a relaxing experience.

First time at this location and definitely not last. My massage therapist Terri made me feel at ease and more importantly I felt heard. She worked out everything I asked and even gave me tips to help myself at home! She is absolutely fantastic. Not to mention the very friendly/hospitable staff.

I just had a prenatal massage with Ziul and it was AMAZING. I’m 32 weeks and she made sure I was comfortable on the table and with the pressure she was applying. It was so relaxing and I left feeling the best I’ve felt in a long time being pregnant. Will be booking again!
