The staff are careful to adequately screen any visitors. Weekend Supervisor Melissa, did a personal interview with me Prior to asking her patient about my name. As a retired physician, and a close friend of the patient, I wasnt about to give up easily. After a few phone calls to determine who had imposed the secret code word entry, I was finally allowed to sign in, and see my friend. Since in your care he has made remarkable progress And part of this must be from all the positive interaction with friendly helpful staff. I suspect not only are they polite, but well trained and supported with High-Intentions...and you can actually see the level of REGARD they give the patients. I am impressed. Doctor C

My experience (many days), at Ignite Rehab in Bartlesville recently was incredible. ALL staff in ALL Depts were stellar, pleasant, responsive, & professional. From admit to dietary, therapy, hospitality, nursing team, aids to housekeepers…my family & I can’t say enuf! And I’m not even related to anyone here or have a connection. Thank you again to everyone that is an important part of this rehab process! Enjoy the marvelous cookies from the new bakery!!

Great place for therapy! The therapist Chris and Reland helped my mom so much made her feel safe and gave her the confidence to do things she didn't think she could do. She really liked her nurses Tegan and Destiny. Marsha and Liberty went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of Carleya made sure to always keep her busy and happy. Thank you ignite!

Since my son came back to Ignite from a Tulsa facility, he has been thriving. Each of tmstaff member has been so caring, and compassionate towards both him and me, (his mom); careful to explain every step taken to treat or care for him in ways we both can understand. I can trust that he will continue being well cared for, even after I leave.
